In perhaps the biggest episode of Behind the Business yet, co-hosts Marc Machado and Aidan McKernan are joined by Vanessa Perry, the Interim Dean of the School of Business. Dean Perry reflects on her experiences testifying before Congress, discusses the threat that is "faux diversity" and explains how business leaders can combat social issues such as gentrification.
