A few years ago, I was playing soccer with a friend who was trying to search for that pro contract out there and could not help but notice the network of athletes looking to do the same thing. There are hundreds of thousands of them and it is not just in football/soccer. Every sport has these athletes looking to make a name for themselves. The unfortunate reality is the average pro athlete makes only $52,000.a year for a lifetime of sacrifices. Thomas Williams is from Titusville, Florida and has driven an hour and a half to Orlando City practice throughout his teenage years. Luckily all of his hard work paid off and now he is here to share his experiences in the pro world. From representing the US men's national team at the U17, U19 and U20 level, to being in Orlando City's team when they won the US Open Cup, their first trophy in 10 years, Thomas has a vast amount of knowledge that will give insight to others on how you can fully achieve your dreams of being able to call yourself a professional soccer/football player.
