Together we will discuss all things related to mental health, physical health, self-care, relationships, mental illness, addiction, raising children, family dynamics, personal development and so much more. My PASSION is helping others by allowing them to be heard. I mean truly heard. Our daily lives move fast and although many of us have the best of intentions to connect and listen to what others are trying to communicate, it remains one of the hardest things to do.
