grief, an unfinished song.
On this episode I explain how raw and complex emotions that accompany loss and mourning can be. Through my experience, personal stories, and reflective insights, this podcast delves into the idea that grief is not something that can be neatly resolved, but rather a melody that echoes in the background of life, unfinished and ever-evolving. I hope that we are able to embrace the messiness of grief. Whether you are experiencing loss or supporting someone through it, I am hoping for healing and strength for you.

It's not that deep
While the new year, new me era was upon us at the start of the year. We should try to show kindness to ourselves and remember that no matter how small the progress we have made so far is, it’s still progress. I am still navigating the year myself and reminding myself that showing up alone is enough. I hope you are too.
