Tools must be simple to encourage adoption, utilizing "nudges" (in-app guidance) rather than relying solely on formal training sessions.4. Value and Domain Expertise: Any new technology must be justified by a business case that demonstrates tangible value—improving user experience, reducing time/costs, or increasing income (including future ROI).
