Here's how I got to where I am today. Have you ever been faced with a challenge that created a big change in your professional or personal life? My Philosophy of Change is that challenges are not setbacks but steppingstones, and each new difficulty empowers me to grow stronger and closer to my purpose. Change can bring fear and doubt when it becomes challenging. While change can bring uncertainty, taking on two jobs pushed me to make a bold decision that impacted both my work and personal life. I chose to further my education to start a business helping people re-enter the workforce after facing their challenges. O’boy, now with two jobs and school added to my schedule, I felt overwhelmed when I saw my FAFSA approval and class enrollment email. Questions flooded my mind: A
