    Benjamin Gut is trained as an audio engineer and also holds a master’s degree in law. In his master’s thesis, he explored the intersection of copyright and artificial intelligence in the music industry — examining how technological change challenges traditional legal concepts of authorship and protection.He currently works at SUISA, the Swiss collective management organization representing the rights of music creators and publishers.With his rare combination of technical insight and legal expertise, Benjamin brings a uniquely grounded perspective to the debate on Music, AI and Copyright.
