Bikes to Bilges - Short Handed Sailing Podcast
by Chris Bryce
I spent most of my life mountain bike racing. At 50, I thought I would try something new. These are my experiences and insights into the world of short handed offshore sailboat racing from the perspective of someone new to the sport. With a plan to go from zero to Fastnet 2027 and beyond, I share lessons learned, things to consider and my journey building competency and seamanship. My hope is to provide encouragement, perspective and resources to grow the sport of short handed offshore racing in North America and beyond. I sail out of Toronto (Quest 30) and Marseille (Beneteau First 31.7) 🙌🏻
