✨ Connect with me on Instagram:@yoniversityoflove for more reflections, rituals, and embodied feminine wisdom shared in rhythm with the seasons.In this year-closing episode of Birth of Venus, we enter the liminal space between the years — a sacred pause where dreams deepen, intuition becomes more audible, and the nervous system is invited to rest.This episode explores:dreams as emotional truth, not logichow the nervous system processes the year during sleepwhy remembering dreams (or not) is closely linked to regulation and safetythe subconscious as the bridge between dreams and intuitionand how intuition is a felt, embodied knowing — not a mental voiceWe also gently weave in the tradition of the Rauhnächte — the “nights between the years” — not as something to do perfectly, but as a remembrance of how humans have always honored winter: through listening, slowing, and turning inward. The Rauhnächte (Twelve Sacred Nights) are traditionally celebrated during the liminal time between the old and the new year.There are two common timelines:Nature-based tradition: (my pick ;-)) beginning around December 21st/22nd, at the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year, marking a moment of deep stillness and transition.Folk & Christian tradition: beginning on the night of December 24th to 25th, counting 12 sacred nights, each symbolically connected to one month of the coming year.Many modern practices honor both — opening the ritual space at the Winter Solstice and consciously walking the 12 Rauhnächte from December 25th to January 6th.
