It will help you improve your stability and increase your mobility with consistent application. I've been doing this exact routine for years, accumulating more than 37,000 minutes. I teach this to all my clients and classes. I highly recommend it for you, too. Warming up will get your body ready for more vigorous exercise, help prevent injury, and give you a better workout.
