I share how grief isn’t only about loss, it can come from change we didn’t choose, unmet expectations, identity shifts, and unresolved emotions and how we often try to analyze it instead of feeling it. My focus is moving from avoidance to acknowledgement to compassionate witnessing: naming what hurts, writing to give it language, setting regulating intentions like patience, and asking what feels hardest to hold alone so we can seek support. Ep. 5 Curiosity and Creativity

Ep. 4 Choosing Yourself
