    Fear of rejection has been making my decisions for a very long time. And I did not even realize it was happening. In this episode, I talk about what rejection actually does to your brain, backed by real research, and why the most damaging rejection is not the one other people give you. It is the one you give yourself. We also talk about the science behind why rejection literally hurts, how fear of rejection quietly shows up in everyday life, and what actually helped me.
