CBS Interview of Deryel Shawn Clark
Author Deryel Shawn Clark to Appear on People of Distinction to Discuss His Groundbreaking New Book, All The Keys to the Kingdom An educational and eye-opening exploration of alternate dimensions, the constructs of space, and a deeper understanding of the unseen world. Winston-Salem, NC, [Date] — Acclaimed author and educator Deryel Shawn Clark, known for his lifelong passion for exploring the realms of the unknown, is proud to announce his upcoming appearance on People of Distinction. Deryel will discuss his newly released book, All The Keys to the Kingdom, a thought-provoking guide to the multidimensional world that exists alongside our own. The interview will provide viewers with an exclusive look into his revolutionary work and reveal insights that promise to reshape our understanding of reality. All The Keys to the Kingdom is more than just a book—it's a journey into the unexplored and often misunderstood alternate dimensions known as “constructed space.” According to Deryel, this realm is intricately connected to our reality yet fundamentally different, existing beyond the limits of conventional human experience. Through All The Keys to the Kingdom, readers will gain the knowledge needed to grasp these complex ideas and learn how to explore and interact with this parallel dimension actively. In an era where much of the world is bound by fear and misconception, Deryel aims to spark curiosity and courage. He believes in the power of the human mind to transcend physical limitations and urges readers to embrace the mysteries of the constructs with an open heart and mind. As Deryel explains in the book, “We maintain the hope that a generation of Americans exists that is capable of putting aside their fears and misconceptions and will dare to explore the greater reality of the constructs and, thus, our world through this guide to the dimension of dreams.” It is a clarion call for those who seek to venture beyond the physical plane and into the untapped potential of human consciousness. A Dedication to the Unseen Heroes One of the most poignant aspects of All The Keys to the Kingdom is its dedication to the late James Albert Metcalf, a coma victim whose journey into the constructs of space profoundly influenced Deryel's work. Known as "Kenny" within the book, Metcalf's story serves as a beacon of hope and exploration. Deryel honors Metcalf, along with other "wise but silenced voices," whose experiences within these dimensions offer valuable insight into the mysteries that science has yet to understand fully. Why Should You Read This Book? At its core, All The Keys to the Kingdom is designed to help readers unlock their ability to dream actively—or, as Deryel puts it, “get out”—and explore the constructs. These constructs, also known as "constructed space," represent an alternate dimension that, while difficult to detect with modern technology, is accessible through the human mind. The book offers a wealth of information, allowing readers to investigate and verify the existence of these alternate realities for themselves. As Deryel emphasizes, “Because no physical evidence can, at this time, be presented as proof of constructed space, nor can detection equipment be devised to detect it, this is the only means at our disposal to verify the existence of constructed space.” Deryel meticulously details how this realm, while part of our planet's natural world, remains separate from us—a space that is both easy and difficult to observe yet ever-present and intertwined with the fabric of our existence. Throughout the book, Deryel explores the connections between constructed space and some of life's greatest mysteries, including religion, the supernatural, and even UFO phenomena. Unlocking the Mysteries of the Universe Deryel's exploration doesn't stop at theoretical musings. All The Keys to the Kingdom delves deeply into the practical implications of understanding constructed space. It illuminates how the unexplained phenomena of our world, often dismissed or misunderstood, may be linked to these alternate dimensions. Deryel believes that by embracing this new understanding, humanity can unlock deeper truths about our existence and the forces that shape the universe. In his book, Deryel also shares his hope that future generations will take what they learn from this exploration and apply it to enhance both scientific knowledge and technological innovation. He writes, “We hope that someday our use of the natural forces at work, as well as the life forms contained within the Constructs, will enhance our scientific knowledge and our technological capabilities so that both we and those within the Constructs will benefit.” A Personal Journey of Growth and Understanding Above all, All The Keys to the Kingdom is about personal growth, discovery, and empowerment. Deryel's hope is that the book will not only inform but inspire readers to embrace the full potential of their dreams and imagination. He offers practical guidance on how to enjoy the journey, encouraging readers to “relax, have fun, and help others” as they explore the diverse and often mysterious life forms that inhabit both our world and the Constructs. “I hope you will read and enjoy this work,” Deryel says, “remembering that coma victims exist, and their minds, like ours, actively journey to places that do exist.” About the Author Deryel Shawn Clark is an accomplished author and educator with a B.S.E.D. from Western Carolina University, Class of 1984. As a passionate explorer of new ideas and concepts, Deryel has dedicated his life to understanding the complexities of alternate dimensions and sharing his insights with the world. His travels throughout Europe in 1980 as part of a university program fueled his desire to explore new knowledge, and today, he continues to reside in Winston-Salem, NC, where he is committed to unveiling the mysteries of the Constructs.

Author Dan Kraus Interview
Dan Kraus to Discuss His Poignant Debut Poetry Collection “Everything About You: Poems Inspired By Love And Loss” in Upcoming Interview . Emerging poet and author Dan Kraus is set to give a profoundly moving and personal interview regarding the release of his first published book, Everything About You: Poems Inspired By Love And Loss. This compelling collection of poetry reflects the raw emotions of grief, love, and the process of healing. The interview will delve into the intimate inspirations behind his work, offering listeners a heartfelt look at how personal tragedy can lead to creative expression. Kraus's book, penned in early 2023, is a testament to his resilience in the face of immense personal loss. The collection was written during one of the most challenging periods in his life, following the passing of both his parents, the end of a significant romantic relationship, and the loss of his job. For Kraus, poetry became a lifeline, a way to process overwhelming emotions and offer a voice to his sorrow. Each poem in the collection is an invitation for readers to journey with him through his grief and recovery. “Everything About You” – A Journey Through Loss and Healing. Kraus's poems are striking in their honesty, vulnerability, and universal resonance. The collection, which includes poems such as “Six Months,” “Waves,” “Let Her Go,” and the title poem “Everything About You” speaks to the fragile nature of life and the inevitable losses we all face. Some poems reflect on specific memories and relationships, while others speak to broader, more universal experiences of heartbreak and emotional recovery. In his interview, Kraus will explore not just the personal stories that shaped these poems but also how writing became an avenue for him to channel his pain into something beautiful and profound. He will share the cathartic process of putting thoughts into words, offering insight into how art can serve as a healing tool in the aftermath of life's most challenging moments. An Invitation to Reflect and Connect Kraus's work invites readers to read slowly and reflect deeply, providing a space for them to resonate with his experiences. Everything About You is not just a collection of poems about loss; it is a reminder that grief is a shared human experience and that there is power in knowing that others have walked the same path. Kraus's poignant writing gives voice to feelings that are often difficult to express, making his work relatable to anyone who has experienced the pain of losing someone they love. “What I hope people take away from my book is that it's okay to feel these emotions,” Kraus said. “It's okay to be vulnerable, hurt, and grieve. But there's also a sense of healing in realizing that you're not alone in your experiences and that life, despite its hardships, continues.” About the Author: Dan Kraus Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Dan Kraus has spent most of his life in his hometown. He left St. Louis for a brief period to attend college in Springfield, Missouri, and later became a bar owner. After returning to St. Louis, Kraus established a career as a mortgage loan Officer, where he currently works. In addition to his professional career, Kraus is an active member of his community, organizing trivia nights for local schools and charities and volunteering at his neighborhood pool as a social director. He is the proud father of two grown sons, with whom he shares his love of travel and exploring new places. Kraus has always been a writer at heart, though Everything About You: Poems Inspired By Love And Loss marks his first foray into publishing. Writing has been a private endeavor for most of his life, a way for him to process his thoughts and feelings. The inspiration for this collection came from a challenging period in his life, and sharing his work with the public is both a vulnerable and empowering experience. He hopes this will be the first of many literary works as he continues to explore the world of poetry and writing. What to Expect from the Interview During the upcoming interview, Kraus will discuss the personal stories behind his most impactful poems, such as “My World Since You've Gone,” “Fighting Demons,” “The Night Is the Hardest,” and “Starting Over.” He will also speak about the creative process behind Everything About You, how the act of writing became a healing mechanism, and his plans for future projects. Reflecting on the project, he said, "After a chance meeting several years ago with a Ukrainian cab driver who served in WWII alongside American troops, I began to ponder how I can thank these individuals that I will never meet. In the end, I decided to express my gratitude the same way I would if that individual was still alive: I would simply go and visit them and say thank you." Mr. Sherman worked with top industry consultants and designers, including Mary Virginia Swanson (Tucson, AZ) and Ashton & Partners (San Anselmo, CA) to produce this extraordinary book. The Foreword was written by Vice Admiral Doug Crowder USN (ret), former Commander US 7th Fleet (Asian theatre). Dr. Mary McCluskey, LCSW, to Illuminate the Intersection of Child Therapy and Social Justice in an Exclusive Interview
Dr. Mary McCluskey, LCSW, to Illuminate the Intersection of Child Therapy and Social Justice in an Exclusive Interview. New York, NY – July 17, 2024 – Dr. Mary McCluskey, LCSW, distinguished social worker, esteemed educator, and visionary founder of The Empowerment Opportunity LCSW PLLC and enCOURAGEment INK. LLC is set to captivate audiences in an upcoming interview where she will delve into the profound themes of her latest publications, The Leader of the Parade: An Adlerian Educational Tool for Caregivers and Teachers: An Illustrated Children's Book and Activity Guide and Bubbles Balloons and Birds: Learning to Thrive- Helping Kids Cope with Adversity. This highly anticipated interview is scheduled for _________________ to be announced. Dr. McCluskey's books are pioneering therapeutic resources inspired by the dual crises of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resurgence of the Black Lives Matter movement. They are a testament to her commitment to addressing the pervasive issues of inequality and racism through innovative therapeutic methods. Drawing from the pioneering work of Dr. Alfred Adler, a titan in the field of psychology whose child guidance centers in early 20th century Europe were tragically shuttered by the Nazi regime, Dr. McCluskey brings forward a contemporary application of Adlerian principles to nurture and heal the young minds of today. Her Clinical Social Work Journal article, Revitalizing Alfred Adler: An Echo for Equality, offers a compelling narrative on how Adler's psychological tenets influenced Dr. Kenneth Clark, the first African American president of the American Psychological Association, in his landmark arguments before the Supreme Court against the “separate but equal” doctrine of Plessy v. Ferguson. Dr. McCluskey passionately argues for the re-establishment of Adler's child guidance centers in modern form, advocating for their potential to foster equity and justice in contemporary society. The Leader of the Parade is a sophisticated educational tool designed for older elementary children. It addresses a spectrum of complex emotions such as jealousy, guilt, loss, and death. It is an interactive guide that not only seeks to help children navigate these emotions but also inspires them to build a sense of community, appreciate environmental stewardship, and celebrate both similarities and differences among people. Through the book's engaging activities, Dr. McCluskey aims to facilitate profound conversations between children and adults, enhancing emotional literacy and communal empathy. Her second book, Bubbles Balloons and Birds: Learning to Thrive- Helping Kids Cope with Adversity, features Dr. Pierre Janet (Dr. J), who travels in a time-traveling hot air balloon from 1871 Paris to the present day. In this narrative, Dr. J and Dr. A guide eight children on a field trip through nature, teaching them the importance of connection, creativity, and resilience. As they forge new friendships, the children are inspired to develop innovative coping mechanisms for managing their emotions. This book is part of a psychological series for latency-age kids (ages 6-12) and their caregivers, designed to be read together or separately, fostering communication, emotional validation, and social-emotional skill development. In her therapy practice, Dr. McCluskey plans to integrate both The Leader of the Parade and Bubbles Balloons and Birds: Learning to Thrive- Helping Kids Cope with Adversity as cornerstone therapeutic tools. Furthermore, she envisions a free online book club designed to reach children who have read the books but may not be in need of direct therapy, thereby broadening the impact of her work. This platform will encourage young readers to voice their ideas and reflections, contributing to a more extensive dialogue about psychological resilience and social justice. Dr. McCluskey hopes to compile these responses into an anthology, amplifying children's voices and showcasing their insights into Adler's principles. Dr. McCluskey's unwavering belief in the importance of listening to children is at the heart of her work. “Too often we hear the old adage, ‘children should be seen and not heard.' I disagree. Children have wonderful ideas, and their voices should be heard,” she asserts. Her dedication to empowering young voices and fostering their growth through innovative therapeutic tools is a beacon of hope in the realm of child therapy. The forthcoming interview promises to be an enlightening exploration of Dr. McCluskey's groundbreaking approach to integrating psychological education within child therapy and her relentless pursuit of social justice. Audiences can expect to gain invaluable insights into how The Leader of the Parade and Bubbles Balloons and Birds: Learning to Thrive- Helping Kids Cope with Adversity is set to transform the landscape of child therapy and education.

Bill Stimpson's Interview
"THE PROPHETIC WORD" from Covenant Books author Bill Stimpson is a discourse on the prophecies in the Bible and their meaning to guide believers to live the best way they can, in His image and likeness.Bill Stimpson, an ordained deacon, has completed his new book, "THE PROPHETIC WORD": a spiritual guide to understanding the prophecies of the Bible.Stimpson shares, "For many Scripture readers, the 'prophetic word' is about how God is going to punish this or another population for crimes they committed. It is very true that in the prophetic books of the Scriptures, the prophet is challenging the reader to consider the consequences of a particular behavior. To stop there, though, is to only get a small part of the message, the word that God wants us to hear."The prophets did not simply challenge Israel then, nor even us today, to change their ways of doing but to change their way—our way—of being. The prophetic word is about how God called Israel and her Canaanite neighbors to seek a fraternal relationship with God. Humanity today is called by that same God into that same relationship through God's Son, Jesus Christ."The prophetic word is about redemption, about restoration, about communion. Repentance is the path, but God's desire for communion with His created self-image is at the core of the prophetic word."

The CBS Interview of Heather Millard author of the Book 'Moonlight Monsters'
“I was scared by shadows on the wall of my bedroom and I had to be brave enough to get out of bed and turn on the light. I hope that this idea of being able to think about something other than what you are scared of might help lower the emotion of fear and help you to be brave,” Heather Millard states. “Moonlight Monsters” (published by AuthorHouse) tells the story of Alexander, a boy who is around 8 years old and sees scary shadows on his wall which frightens him so much that he believes the shadows to be monsters. The shadows are called, Jangles, Mozzarella, Daisy, and Ritzi. They have come from the office of shadows with the job of helping children find out how brave they can be. Alexander decides to give them his chocolate chip cookie and even though he is so scared, he confronts them and tells them to share it. Alexander then discovers that he can be brave even when he is afraid. “Children have vivid imaginations and can create fearful situations where perhaps none exist. They need to know that in spite of the feelings of being frightened, they can rise above it and find out that they can choose their thoughts and choose what they wish to think,” Millard says.' When asked what she wants readers to take away from the book, Millard answers, “My hopes are that this story will give a child the realization that they can experience a happy thought at the same time as being scared.”

Judith Greer’s Interview
Judith Greer's Newly Released "Medicine and Miracles: One Family's Remarkable Journey of Faith and Healing" is a Powerful Memoir That Explores a Miraculous Journey “Medicine and Miracles: One Family's Remarkable Journey of Faith and Healing”: an encouraging message of hope and compassion for anyone navigating a complex illness. “Medicine and Miracles: One Family's Remarkable Journey of Faith and Healing” is the creation of published author Judith Greer, who grew up in Ontario, California, until she married and moved to a small town in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Judith Greer lives in Laguna Niguel, California, taking care of her daughter, Sheresa. Greer shares, “Staying Strong When Illness Strikes: Ten Insights Love is the most important part of life support. It can have a profound effect on the healing process. The patients who improve tend to have a strong network of family and friends. Families need care as well and may need TLC for years to come. Even when the patient makes a full recovery, families have to deal with loss and grief. It's important to find others who have survived the medical combat zone and tell your battle stories. This will help you bear the load. There's nothing like a sick room to reorder your priorities. Every person in your family will be changed by this. Caregiving isn't for the faint of heart. It will always require more resources than you have to give. You can't do it alone. Ask a hospital social worker for a list of support groups and family counselors, and reach out to trusted friends. Create your own circle of faith. Accept the bad days with the good and remember that progress is not a linear thing. It usually takes a zigzag path. Never give up and always be open to surprises. Remember that healing isn't just a one-time thing. Miracles keep occurring every day.” Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Judith Greer's new book will tug at the heartstrings and inspire the spirit as readers bear witness to a family's struggle through the peaks and valleys. Consumers can purchase “Medicine and Miracles: One Family's Remarkable Journey of Faith and Healing” at traditional brick & mortar bookstores, or online at Amazon.com, Apple iTunes store, or Barnes and Noble.

James Yeager's CBS Interview
James Yeager's Newly Released “The Story Of Job” is a Compelling Retelling of the Story of Job's Trials and Blessings “The Story Of Job,” from Christian Faith Publishing author James Yeager, is an articulate study of Job that brings ageless biblical figures to life like never before through comprehensive attention to detail. “The Story Of Job”: a creative retelling of a familiar biblical lesson. “The Story Of Job” is the creation of published author James Yeager. Yeager shares, “Perhaps the most frequently asked question since time began is 'Why do bad things happen to good people?' or 'How can a loving and merciful God allow such atrocities to happen to faithful God-fearing people?' These are the questions I have been asking for as far back as I can remember. Therefore, I've written this short book. I've tried to address these questions and seek some answers from the point of view of the one you can never go wrong with the most high while still trying to make it entertaining and enjoyable. While I hope the book has what most people enjoy when they read a book or go to a movie—action, suspense, and entertainment—I've included a lot of dialogue Job shared between him and his friends and especially between him and God because this is what's at the heart of the story. “In fact, many Bible scholars, as well as priests and ministers I've talked with and listened to believe the story of Job never actually happened but was written only to get the point across that bad things, indeed, happen to good people (read what Jesus says in Luke 13:4–5 about the collapse of the tower of Siloam). But if we persevere and put everything in God's hands, we'll truly have reason to rejoice (read Matthew's Sermon on the Mount). This is what I am trying to tell the reader here. None of us truly knows the answers to these questions. Only God does. So, to all who read this book, I hope you'll enjoy it, and whatever problems you are coping with—perhaps a crisis of faith or what have you—just remember with God, all things are possible. May his will be done.”

Kathleen Olson's Interview
“The Time Tree,” from Christian Faith Publishing author Kathleen Olson, is an enjoyable narrative that brings a unique perspective to the life of a tree and all who encounter it over its lifetime. “The Time Tree”: a thoughtful narrative that offers some historical context and encourages readers to view life from a fresh perspective. “The Time Tree” is the creation of published author Kathleen Olson, a proud wife of over fifty-seven years, mother, and grandmother who enjoys traveling the world. Olson shares, “The Tree was born of unusual and tragic circumstances in the pre-Columbian prairie that would become Nebraska. As a young tree, it was fortunate that it was not the victim of a tornado or other weather denizens. Once The Tree was a hundred years old, it was able to take the arrows of young Pawnee honing their skills as well as being part of their festivals. Slaves fleeing the South looked for the bent branch on The Tree to point them correctly onto the North. But The Tree valued above all the ones that came to talk to it, finding its shade and shelter a haven for their thoughts and even a spoken word or two. “The Tree still grows today, inviting others to come to its haven.”
