Party of Me it's Episode 18 - Big News Tunes
We’re SO Back... Again! Party of me it's Epsiode 18 🎶After taking a little break, this episode is a real-time check-in. Where I’m at, what this past stretch has looked like, and what’s coming next.Coming back to California hasn’t been a straight line. It’s been ups, downs, and a lot of curveballs. Moments where I questioned everything, and moments where things started to click in a way I can’t ignore.Because in the middle of all that… I’ve been keeping a creative secret. I didn’t really tell anyone. I just stayed in it, locked in, and followed the feeling.I made an album! It's called: "Life Was Grand" under my new artist name, "Bay Reddy". Seven tracks. Different genres, all real moments pulled straight from my own experience. Written and produced by me, with the help of Suno. And honestly… I enjoy it so much. It feels like a calling. Like I found something I can fully get lost in.And somewhere along the way, I created an alter ego named James. He’s been pushing me to own this, to stop playing small, and to actually step into it.🎙️ Born Reddy is about starting before you’re ready, taking creative risks, and choosing the life you won’t regret.Life Was Grand - Bay ReddyApple Music: https://music.apple.com/us/album/life-was-grand/1885960752Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/album/7eku64W8g7Q9ytKOn032kp?si=iiXmkbLeRAu0kNgs-izr-AYouTube: https://youtube.com/channel/UC0PfzSLl1tNzHB4S-l-zRyQ?si=NV76DMbHBOnSx6fj☘️ Connect & FollowBorn Reddy PodcastApple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/born-reddy-podcast/id1822652747Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/5cJtTskjzGdL5tyOJDbBBgYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@BornReddyPodcastInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/bornreddypodcastTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@bornreddypodcast?_t=ZP-8xYtUvj71qA&_r=1

We're So Back It's Episode 15 - Born Reddy Podcast
We’re SO Back! After taking a break, this episode is basically a real-time check-in where I’m at, what the last year looked like, and what’s coming next.Honestly, 2025 felt like a bit of a losing season. I let go of a lot. Things changed. I stayed in some situations longer than I should have. I bet on hope more than once. And at the same time… I started this podcast, reconnected with myself, listened to my body, and found a kind of peace I didn’t have before. In this Party of Me episode, I talk about:Where I’m at right now and what I’ve been up to since the breakLooking back on 2025 for what it really was loss, release, lessonsThe good that came out of it: starting the podcast, slowing down, feeling rechargedMaking my 2026 vision board “Vision Reddy” with the theme of integrationPapa Reddy’s moving on back home to California The creative risks I’m leaning into next: writing, acting, directingExpanding Born Reddy beyond the podcast and building this into something biggerThis episode isn’t about having a perfectly wrapped message or big takeaway. It’s just me talking through where I’m at, in real time.If you’re in the middle of a reset, a transition, or a “what the hell is next” moment… same.🎙️ Born Reddy is about starting before you’re ready, taking creative risks, and choosing the life you won’t regret.☘️ Connect & Follow 🎧 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/5cJtTskjzGdL5tyOJDbBBg 🎧 Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/born-reddy-podcast/id1822652747 ❤️ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bornreddypodcast ❤️ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@bornreddypodcast #BornReddy #SoloPodcast #Podcast #CreativeJourney #StartingAgain #PersonalGrowth #LifeReset #RealTalk #Integration #BornReddyPodcast #ReddyOrNot #PodTalk #NewYear #2026 #VisionBoard

Reddy, Set, Vlog - Episode #1
This is the very first Born Reddy Vlog and honestly it still feels like a blur.I pick up my buddies Devin and Marc aka the M.A.D. Lads as they fly over to Ireland and meet for the first time. What was supposed to be a trip turns into two wild weeks packed into forty five minutes. From Dublin days at Jameson, Temple Bar, Guinness and Phoenix Park visiting the reindeers to slow country living in Wexford. Pub sessions that turned into recorded episodes. Christmas markets and castle wandering in Edinburgh. Back to Ireland where we played in and won a basketball tournament and rolled straight into a Christmas party like nothing else mattered. Then London town shopping in Soho, and Christmas markets, we shut down London Town. And lastly, Prague, where we somehow conquered everything and ended up at an Irish pub called The Dubliner because splitting the G became a spot. Two weeks later the boys flew home and it still felt like a dream.Reddy or not… let’s vlog.

Episode #13 - The M.A.D. Lads in Ireland 🇮🇪 (Devin Thomas & Marc Noble)
Episode 13 - The M.A.D. Lads in Ireland 🇮🇪In this episode of Born Reddy Podcast, I’m joined by two absolute Mad Lads who said F it, bought flights on a whim, and somehow trusted each other enough to meet for the very first time at the airport on the way to Ireland. No group chat. No practice run. Just vibes and blind faith.Devin Thomas is a filmmaker, writer, and host of the Unscripted Podcast. Marc Noble is a successful real estate agent and a damn good golfer. These two had never met in real life before landing in Dublin to come visit me, and for their first time ever in Ireland, they jumped in headfirst and never looked back.On our second day in Ireland, we posted up at The Thatch in Ferns, County Wexford and recorded Episode 13 live from the pub. Massive thank you to Paul Doyle for letting us take over a corner, roll cameras, and fully lean into the good craic. We talk about how this trip even happened, meeting face to face for the first time at the airport, and going straight into a full Dublin day hitting the Jameson Distillery, Temple Bar, Bambino Pizza, and the Christmas Markets with lights, crowds, and pints flowing. Then we slow it down in proper Irish fashion around the small villages of Ferns and Gorey before setting our sights on the next stops of the trip, Edinburgh, London, and Prague. All of it goes down while we are actively crushing pints of Guinness and I do my best to teach the lads the sacred art of splitting the G.I also surprise them with a true Irish initiation. Tayto crisps, a full Celebrations box of sweets, and pastries from our local legend and absolute wizard baker Pawel at Sweet Passion Desserts. We give nothing but brutally honest reviews. To close out the nearly two hour episode, I order a Chinese takeaway live on the mic so the boys can try their very first Spice Bag. The vibes were so good they probably should have been illegal.Expect big laughs, real stories, slurred words, terrible accents, a few wildly unnecessary Trump impressions, and that rare kind of energy you only get when friends become brothers on a trip they’ll never forget.Christmas in Ireland. First-timers. Big hearts. Bigger laughs. Unreal good craic.Reddy or not…

Episode #12 Pt. 2 - Michael Garmany (The Holdup Music)
Dublin the Fun 🇮🇪In this episode, we pick up right where Part 1 left off — but this time, we’re Dublin the Fun.Michael Garmany (@theholdupmusic) and I dive into questions from fans, friends, and family… then take a full trip down memory lane, looking at old photos that span years of friendship, chaos, growth, and creative evolution. We laughed, we almost cried, we nearly peed — pure nostalgia and pure craic all in one episode.Michael also shares what he’s working on next — new music, creative projects, and the direction he’s headed. If you’re a fan of The Holdup, you’ll want to hear what’s coming.Topics:Fan Q&A, friendship, creative journeys, memories, nostalgia, emotional honesty, storytelling, Ireland, Dublin craic, old photos, creativity, life updatesThank you for tuning in to this 2-part episode Michael Garmany:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theholdupmusic/?hl=enWebsite: http://www.theholdupmusic.com 🎵Host: Anthony Bay ReddyGuest: Michael Garmany (@theholdupmusic)Follow for updates & behind-the-scenes:Instagram @bornreddypodcastTikTok @bornreddypodcastWebsite https://bornreddypodcast.comYouTube https://www.youtube.com/@BornReddyPodcast

Episode #12 Pt. 1 - Michael Garmany (The Holdup Music)
Michael spent the last two weeks here in Ireland with me and Papa Reddy — and this episode is basically us hitting record on all the madness, magic, and memories we packed in. Day trips to Dublin, London, and Edinburgh (oh my). Reiki sessions with Patricia. Michael’s first-ever psychic reading with Dee… which turned into two very different experiences for us.We also reminisce about our tour across America and Canada — the chaos, the long drives, the wild stories, and the kind of moments that somehow turn into lifelong memories.Reddy or not… here’s Part 1.Host: Anthony Bay ReddyGuest: @TheHoldupMusic (Michael Garmany)☘️ Follow for updates & behind-the-scenes:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bornreddypodcastTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@bornreddypodcastWebsite: https://bornreddypodcast.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@BornReddyPodcast

Holy Moly It's Episode 11
In Episode 11 of Born Reddy, my dad was supposed to join me as my special guest… but he wasn’t REDDY. 😂 So, the show must go on.I dive into my birthday reflections — this is 41 — and what this new chapter feels like while living abroad in Ireland. I talk about gratitude, time, and how stepping away from what’s familiar helps you see life differently. Living abroad has taught me the power of detachment — how letting go of old attachments, people, and comfort zones can open space for new opportunities, growth, and self-discovery. You get to choose who you want to be and rebuild your foundation from the ground up.Plus, I share a “Reddy or Not” story from when I got my driver’s license at 16… driving a car I’d never driven before, almost failing the vision test out of embarrassment, and somehow still pulling it off. A perfect metaphor for showing up — even when you’re literally not ready.Topics: Fatherhood, birthdays, growth, Ireland, detachment, living abroad, reflection, funny coming-of-age storiesHost: Anthony Bay Reddy ☘️Follow for updates & behind-the-scenes:Instagram @bornreddypodcastTikTok @bornreddypodcastWebsite bornreddypodcast.comYouTube Born Reddy Podcast

We Made It to Episode 10!October threw curveballs—I got sick, took the best nap of my life at 11am, then tweaked my back (again). This Could Very Well Be Episode 9
Episode 9 — Tiny Topics & ThoughtsWe talk about fasting at 8 years old—and how that wild memory led me to accidentally discover mindful eating. Slowing down, tasting every bite, listening to my body… tiny shift, huge ripple.I also close the book on Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection and unpack the heavy hitters: self-worth, the “never satisfied / not good enough” loop, and the armor I’m finally setting down. What’s changing for me—right now. Then the gut punch truth: no job title or paycheck will ever give me the joy I get from building my own thing. Freedom over approval. Craft over clout. I’m choosing the lane that loves me back. Pretty Sure It's Episode 8
I don’t chase bees, but somehow they chase me — buzzing into my lap, crawling up my leg, and messing with my sanity. In this episode of Born Reddy Podcast, I read them a beeutiful truce letter… because maybe it’s not random, maybe it’s a sign.I also dive into finishing Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection — and the heavy hitters that stuck with me: self-worth, not being good enough, and never feeling satisfied. And then there’s the part that hit me hardest — a close friend giving me feedback and support that moved me to tears of joy. This one’s about the mystery of signs, the sting of doubt, and the sweetness of knowing you’re supported.Raw, unscripted, and keeping it real — this is Born Reddy.☘️ Follow me for updates and behind-the-scenes:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bornreddypodcastTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@bornreddypodcastWebsite: https://bornreddypodcast.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@BornReddyPodcast

Almost Positive It's Episode 7
Hi, my name is Anthony — and I’ve always been a sensitive soul. For a long time, I thought that being sensitive was a weakness. Now I see it as my edge… my blessing, my gift. In this episode of Born Reddy Podcast, I share what it looks like to embrace sensitivity, lean into hard things, and turn struggle into strength. Here’s what I dive into:🌊 Owning my sensitivity instead of hiding from it.💪 The grind of the gym & yoga — and how hard things build real belief. 🏋️♂️ Why failure under the weights leads to success in the world.🏈 The wild story of 8-year-old me fasting for two days to make peewee football weigh-ins.🍔 Jr. Bacon Western Cheeseburgers and the eternal truth: Burger King might just be the GOAT.This one’s about heart, grit, and the weird mix of both that makes us who we are. Definitely Maybe It's Episode 6
In this episode of Born Reddy Podcast, I talk about being untethered — floating through life, yet still dancing to my own beat.Fresh off The Untethered Soul, I dive into trusting myself, letting go of imitation wants, and finding balance in the mess of life. But honestly — the real game-changers were my recent Reiki session and my very first psychic visit. Both the medium and the clairvoyant dropped insights that were straight up mind-blowing, holy-shit moments. It was less about answers and more about the kind of truth you can actually feel — the kind that cracked me open in ways I didn’t see coming.I even pull a live Angel Tarot reading — Find out which card I got. If everything’s made up and everything matters… then maybe the best way is your way.☘️ Follow me for updates and behind-the-scenes:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bornreddypodcastTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@bornreddypodcastWebsite: https://bornreddypodcast.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@BornReddyPodcast

It’s probably not for sure Episode 5 — and it’s time we get up close and personal . I talk about taking a vow of silence (speechless move), saying goodbye to my twin brother aka my skin tag (rest in peas), reconnecting with old friendships, and road-tripping through Ireland with Papa Reddy. Through it all, I keep landing on the same truth: everything’s going to be okay.Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/@BornReddyPodcasthttps://www.youtube.com/AnthonyBayReddyInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/bornreddypodcasthttps://www.instagram.com/AnthonyBayReddyTikTok:https://www.tiktok.com/@bornreddypodcasthttps://www.tiktok.com/@anthonybayreddy

Really Truly It's Episode 4
Episode 4 — Raspy Reddy & The Next ChapterReally truly… my voice is gone, not my momentum and the show must goes on. In this one, I talk about almost scrapping Episode 3, overthinking and over performing, my breakup and moving out, plus navigating a career change. We wrap with some big news: we’re about to start filming these episodes. Really truly letting go, moving on, and believing in what I’m doing. Reddy or not.

Absolutely Not The 3rd Episode
Absolutely not the 3rd episode... and yet, here we are.I almost scrapped this one because I was deep in my overthinking spiral, trying to make it perfect instead of just making it real.In this episode, Papa Reddy and I are in Hawaii. We're starting to peel back the layers and facing the very real challenge of putting your whole self out there—and learning to trust.I open up about how meditation saved my life (well, kinda), and share a wild little serendipity that happened on the island.Give it a listen. If something in here moves you, makes you laugh, or reminds you of someone—send it their way.Share the Aloha! Mahalo 🤙

Definitely Not The 2nd Episode

Not The 1st Episode
Welcome to Born Reddy — a podcast about the moments we never feel ready for… but show up to anyway. This isn’t a traditional first episode. It’s raw, unfiltered, and imperfect — just like life. In this “not the first episode,” I reflect on what it means to begin, to be vulnerable, and to speak from the heart without a script. No polish. No plan. Just presence. If you’ve ever felt like you needed to have it all figured out before starting something that matters — this one’s for you.Reddy or not... here we go!
