Breathe Underwater Podcast
by April M. Salazar
The Breathe Underwater Podcast creates a judgement-free space that provides hope, a golden nugget, or a takeaway for those who have experienced adversity, tragedy, or some kind of trauma in their life. The main focus is the exploration of that key moment in one's life, despite the pain, when healing could begin. What was their turning point? How did they know they were going to be ok? Many have lived through chaos and have experienced their own personal trauma that translates into a lifelong cross to bear. April & Whitney are ready to share how they and their podcast guests have learned to Breathe Underwater, embrace the chaos, and transcend their trauma, allowing for strength to emerge where otherwise fear and pain would dominate.
