Episode 28 - I had the opportunity to sit down with three of the up and coming brewers in Connecticut to talk beer, shop, and the future of Connecticut craft beer. They Are Rob "the Brewer" from Dudleytown Brewing, Justin Salley of The Twelve Percent Project and False Hope Brewing, and Caius Mergy of Caius Farm Brewery.

Sean Gaura from Labyrinth Brewing Company is back in the studio, sharing the story behind the brewery’s reboot. I had the opportunity to go to the New Cambridge Project in Bristol CT where the Firefly Hollow brewery used to stand. I sat down with Spencer Shankle, one of the owners to have a chat.Reviewing Scribble Dibble NEIPA by Labyrinth Brewing Co.Our Hops 101 segment is about the hops used in Scribble Dibble, the Elani LupoMax.And another ridiculous fake commercial!

Nick and I had the opportunity to talk to the owners and the brewer of Dudleytown Brewing Co. They had just opened and we were excited to get all of the details for this new and absolutely amazing brewery.
