    Between Coffee and Tea

Today I am joined by my friend Katelyn! We're drinking bubble tea and discussing parental separation's struggles, factors contributing to resilience, and potential advantages. Disclaimer: there are many varied experiences when it comes to parental separation, and so many contributing factors that could affect the results of studies. This is meant to be some information as to some research done in the field and a dive into the experiences of one person, not a generalization to all kids dealing with parental separation.Sources:Davies, P. Caffeinated Origin Stories

First episode! I'm Anh Thu, I'm caffeinated, and I'm rambling about how the idea for this podcast began. It all started with a book, a room full of slightly traumatized musicians, and my hero. Also some brief summary of the advantages that can be gained from childhood adversity and some possible ways to seek resilience.  Sources:Fritz, J., de Graaff, A.
