TJ’s back from five weeks away, Max joined him for the Melbourne and Bali leg, but stayed behind after. They look back on the highs, the chaos, and the comedown, while Max gets ready for his own trip and wonders what’s coming.

Our mate Toby joins us for an (obviously) scattered in depth chat about ADHD. Three different brains, three different paths, each learning to make sense of the noise, the sparks, and the strange ways our minds work.

Max lies down on the couch for this one—and suddenly, this heart-to-heart starts sounding a lot like a 30-minute session with the psychologist next door. This week, TJ and Max unpack emotional availability (or the lack of it), accidental avoidance, and why vulnerability sometimes feels harder than taxes.

Max has never really travelled and stayed in a hostel. TJ basically lived in them. But despite different experiences, they both know what it’s like when “home” isn’t a place—it’s the people you meet along the way.

 We’re joined by our good mate Rory to look back on our tragic high school fashion choices—but as always, the convo takes a turn. We end up diving into memories from those awkward teenage years: how not to get noticed, making big life calls way too young, and plenty of laughs along the way.
