Grief is not limited to the physical death of someone ~ it is a multifaceted experience; it can be the grieving of a person who is still on the planet or of a chapter of your life you have closed... the feeling is not limited to a timeframe and sometimes comes in harder waves than it did when it first happened. Give yourself grace, compassion and understanding for how you are grieving.
