Change Champions - Your Influencers in your Change Management scope

One of my favourite parts in transformations and my scope as a change manager is when the change captains or champions come in AKA all-round influencers. Your eyes 👀 and ears 👂 on the ground, the ones actually doing the work and having to undergo the transformation, the bright spots in the organization who will make the light shine brighter with coaching others through change 💫.Important to remember: it is as much about the pull as it is about the push.In my next Change Chats episode coming out with Awa TALL we talk about Change Captains but also her deep Change Management expertise in the Cybersecurity space and why being the queen of analogies.#Change Management #Change Network #Change Captains #Organizational Change Management

Or answering the question as to what the difference is between Change and Project Management? 🤔 Awa TALL and use different analogies to explain:1. The kitchen2. The home/houseMost importantly, always involve your stakeholders & create a cozy, inviting space where everyone feels comfortable. How do you explain change management to others?
