Unfortunately, the spell causes Prue and Phoebe's powers to swap, too...S1 E22 “Deja Vu All Over Again”Inspector Rodriguez steps up his mission to kill the Charmed Ones with a little help from Tempus, a powerful sorcerer who is able to reset time, thereby giving Rodriguez the chance to perfect his attack on the sisters.
