chronically in situations
by rachel
Being a girl in my early 20's who just moved to the big city (NYC) with dozens of suitcases and my dog, Pepsi, I want to create something that binds my 23 years in Texas to the 2 years I now have in NYC. On a daily basis, things that LITERALLY NO ONE has ever had happen, happen to me. My friends always say that I need a reality show and cameras to follow me around to actually capture these things, but until that happens (with a small liklihood that it actually ever would) I want to create a podcast that my friends can listen to and laugh. Being in a masters program and having met so many amazing girls, who also happen to be the funniest and most anxiety-ridden group of girls I have ever met, I want this to be something that they can listen to in their little back pocket between classes or on their way to a first date with a mid-man that probably has herpes and is balding.

WELCOME TO THE SHOW (in the greatest showman font)
As an introductory episode, Rachel discusses the culture of food delivery, punctuation and grammar IRL, the (almost) ban of tiktok, the purpose of camps referrals from doctors, and her missing wagon from college RIP. Without any preplanning, she hopes that this podcast series reads as a voice memo that she would send her friends at 2pm on a random Tuesday.
