"Coherence Rising with Liv" is a show that helps people transform and embody their ideal selves. People will be able to better define and understand their fundamental core values as the foundation to managing their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual energies. The more clear we are with our values and what we want out of life and our relationships, the easier things are for us. The unconscious mind is also a topic that holds a starring role in this show. The goal is to become the most coherent being that we can, which is the inspiration for the name "Coherence Rising".Each episode will focus on a topic with the intention of reflecting on how we might have been thinking about and responding to it, and then think about if there is anywhere reframing or behaviour adjustments can get us closer to our goals.
