Dream Concert 2025 Madness ft. ATEEZ & SEVENTEEN
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re recapping our unforgettable experience at Dream Concert 2025 in Abu Dhabi - and yes, we’re still not over it.We kick things off with our SEVENTEEN bias line update, where Spotify Wrapped 2025 exposed our hearts once again. From crying over Wonwoo’s Leftover to vibing with Minghao and Vernon’s 54321, Mingyu continues to live rent-free in all our minds (and Zuzu’s mum’s).Then we dive into Dream Concert 2025, breaking down the lineup and the performances that changed everything - especially ATEEZ, who officially turned us into ATINYs. With our long-standing love for SEVENTEEN, we’ve embraced our new era as ATINYCARATS. We also shout out standout acts like All(H)Ours, Xikers, Miyeon, Joy & Seulgi (Red Velvet) and more.We go full unhinged talking about ATEEZ’s stage presence - from Hongjoong’s insane charisma, San looking like a literal sculpture, to Mingi causing chaos - before closing with SEVENTEEN’s CxM unit. S.Coups and Mingyu outdid themselves with iconic fits, unreal solos, legendary AJU NICE, and even blessed us with what can only be described as holy water.Dream Concert Abu Dhabi was a 10/10, and don’t miss our season finale next episode.

Is K-Pop Still K-Poping? ft. Katseye Storytime
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re diving deep after seeing Katseye live in London for their first-ever European fan event! From winning the raffle, snagging freebies, and getting fed (literally) to a surprise Mel C interview with Katseye, we take you through the chaos, energy, and sheer performance brilliance of the group. But the live experience got us thinking bigger: Is K-Pop still K-Poping? We debate what defines K-Pop in 2025 - from training systems and survival shows to globalisation, Western influences, and international groups. Are new global acts like Katseye redefining K-Pop, or is the genre losing its original essence?Of course, we still cover our usual chaos: SEVENTEEN bias line updates (Mingyu reigns supreme) and Dream Concert Abu Dhabi 2025 hype. And yes - the giveaway winner is being announced very soon!Chaotic, insightful, and full of Comeback Corner energy - this episode is a must-listen for anyone thinking about the future of K-Pop.

K-Pop Dance Secrets ft. JaYn
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re putting on our dancing shoes (sort of) and seeing what happens when a pro K-pop dancer rates our moves.First up: the SEVENTEEN bias line update. Mingyu’s biceps are still a hazard, Wonwoo is peak cute, DK is stealing hearts as drummer extraordinaire, Hoshi = best dancer (pro approved), and yes, GD is still idol of all idols - loved by not only by SVT but also our survival guest…Speaking of whom, we then dive into JaYn’s journey - from ballet in Ukraine to training under YGX in Korea, and performing in a show with NCT’s Taeyong. She spills on strict monthly evaluations, K-pop cover groups, teaching classes, and even some insider gossip (camera tricks, height secrets… you know the tea).Of course, we hit the Quick Fire Round: best dancer, worst dancer, and our own moves… scored 4.5-5 😭 better than expected, but still tragic. Finally, JaYn drops advice for aspiring dancers and future idols: try all styles, work hard, and fake it ’til you make it.Chaotic, hilarious, and full of K-pop dance energy - you do not want to miss Episode 15!📲 Follow JaYn / Yana: • Instagram: @jayn018 • YouTube: @JaYn018

Gotta Work: Idols 9-5
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re clocking in to ask: what would idols be like in a 9-5?We kick things off with a classic - our SEVENTEEN bias line update: a shoutout to Mingyu, the most employed brand ambassador in K-pop (seriously, what can he not sell us?), and a check-in on CxM Hype Vibes (have you heard the album yet?). From there, it’s a full dive into the “office idol” life: managers who micromanage everything (yes, even a coffee order), and the surprisingly normal jobs idols have had before debut - or after leaving the spotlight - from cafés to insurance companies to tattoo shops. Could they survive in an Excel-fueled boardroom? Or is JYP’s speed dial to Apple needed? And what happens when BTS meets a 9–5 grind? To answer that and more, we launch our most delulu segment yet: XYZ Company. CL as CEO, Ni-ki as our intimidating intern, Seungkwan in HR (expect passive-aggressive emails), RM as our clumsy admin, Jennie handling marketing, and a line-up that’s guaranteed to either run the world… or file for bankruptcy in style.Who runs the office gossip group chat? Who gets fired first? Chaotic, ridiculous, and a little too real - and yes, RM is already on full damage-control mode.

So You Want to Be an Idol?
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re asking the ultimate question: so you want to be an idol?We kick things off with our ‘episodely’ SEVENTEEN bias line update - Mingyu is the CK ambassador of our dreams, Joshua might just be lying to us, CXM subunit feels closer than ever, Zuzu is crying over DK (in a good way… we think), and we’re already missing Hoshi and Woozi (but seriously, who will carry the Horanghae agenda?).From there, it’s a full dive into the idol pipeline: auditions (online, in-person, and the Big 4 standards - with a shout out to Twice’s Dahyun and her unforgettable stage presence), the brutal trainee life (sleepless nights, endless training, impossible beauty standards, and no guarantee of debut), and the bittersweet reality of actually making it to debut - where success still isn’t promised and scandals can erase everything overnight. We even weigh the pros and cons of choosing a big company versus a smaller one. And, in true chaotic fashion, we couldn’t end without spoiling our next project: we’re becoming idols on our own terms - training, producing a song, filming an MV, and debuting for real (kind of).Debut soon. Stay tuned.

Too Global to Ignore
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re asking the big one: K-pop has gone global… but is it actually ready for the world? First up: our weekly SEVENTEEN bias line-up update - M’s deep in a 97-line love triangle with Mingyu and Minghao, Wonwoo is gone (but somehow more present than ever), so Zuzu is still holding onto DK (even though he’s stealing her aesthetic and doing it better… rude). Then it’s a deep dive into K-pop’s global blindspots: Lisa’s Rockstar MV and plagiarism accusations (hi FEIN), cultural appropriation with groups like KISS OF LIFE, and idols repping canceled brands like Balenciaga and Alexander Wang (yes, even BTS) while Western celebs drop them. The big question: do they really not know, or are they just ignoring it? And more importantly - what can we do to change things? (Spoiler: hiring us would help, but we went further than that). Finally, in true chaotic fashion, we spoil our way into becoming your next idols - inspired by K-pop Demon Hunters’ Saja Boys and following in the footsteps of Wonwoo and Jungkook (controversies included). Debut soon, stay tuned!

Stan or Scam? K-Pop Quiz
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re celebrating 10 episodes the only way we know how: with a chaotic K-pop quiz that goes completely off the rails.First up: our weekly SEVENTEEN bias line-up update (Jeonghan delusions are thriving, Mingyu remains M’s #1, and “Mzees” reigns as our fandom name frontrunner). Then it’s quiz time - with a twist. ChatGPT throws us questions (some real, some wildly fake), we try to answer, and somehow Zuzu is always right even when the facts aren’t. Those AI love confessions? Apparently worth it. We end in a lightning round, questionable logic, and a Woozi-powered victory for M… meaning Zuzu takes five mystery shots (ginger was the true villain).Plus: self-gifting because BTS told us to love ourselves. And yes - stay tuned for our 500 IG followers giveaway.

The Price of Loving K-Pop
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re opening our wallets and asking the real question: what’s the true cost of living the K-pop life? (Spoiler: too much. And we’d still do it all again.)But first: our weekly SEVENTEEN bias line-up update (chaos? obviously), plus a recap of our current obsessions - and the many, many ways SVT keeps us emotionally fulfilled yet financially drained. Then it’s a deep dive into the economics of stanning: albums, photocards, lightsticks, limited drops, pop-ups, fanmade masterpieces… and the eternal budgeting struggle. We’re talking spreadsheets vs. spontaneous spending, peer pressure, “I’ll stop after this one” lies, and why surprise drops feel like personal attacks.Whether you’re a calculated collector or deep in your “I can justify this” era, this episode’s for you.Plus: a derail into tennis, Formula 1, and the mystery of… who is Roderick Fredrick?!

Lights, Camera, Comeback!
Send a textThis week on Comeback Corner, we’re trading stages for screens and diving headfirst into the wild, wonderful world of K-pop music videos. But first: our weekly SEVENTEEN bias line-up update (chaos still reigns, but we finally figure out why we’ve never been invited to those SVT parties). Then it’s all things MV - from cinematography and choreography to concept, styling, storyline, and beyond. Who’s making mini films, who’s serving visuals, and which idols are out here doing both?We also rate some of the most iconic MVs (no one was ready - least of all us), get philosophical about replay value, and ask the most important question of all: can we make a good MV?Plus: M & Zuzu’s therapy corner, fueled by sleep deprivation and a heatwave (Vernon’s the therapist, obviously). It’s art. It’s unhinged. It’s Episode 9.

On Tour (Part 2)
Send a textWe made it! After the chaos of the lead-up, this week on Comeback Corner we dive straight into SEVENTEEN’s Right Here tour stop in Jakarta - and this time, we’re recapping the actual concert (yes, both days). From who we think noticed us from stage and fell in love (delulu? Maybe. But let a girl dream), to how S.Coups officially became Scoopy, to almost getting kidnapped on the way back… and somehow ending up on a plane with SEVENTEEN (?!).Plus: our essential tips for surviving a K-pop concert. It’s chaotic, it’s emotional, it’s everything.

On Tour (Part 1)
Send a textOn this week’s Comeback Corner, we kick things off with our “weekly bias segment line-up SEVENTEEN” (yes, the name changes weekly, no, we’re not fixing it). This time… we’re going to China! Shoutout to action villain Jun and performance king Minghao, Joshua in his Labubu influencer era, and an important philosophical dilemma:If your hairline is fake, should you really be promoting hair products? (Yes, Mingyu - that one’s for you.)Then we dive into this week’s main topic: K-pop tours. From cryptic teaser drops and ticketing wars to travel chaos and outfit planning, we break down everything that happens before the concert even begins. We’re sharing our own storytime, too - including all the pre-concert prep for SEVENTEEN’s Right Here tour stop in Jakarta.Spoiler: no one warns you how exhausting it is just to get to the show. (And yes, the concert itself is in Part 2.)

The Idol Image
Send a textOn this week’s Comeback Corner, we’re back with our regular segment: “SEVENTEEN Bias Line-Up Update Weekly ZUZU M” (we don’t even know the name anymore).Shoutout to Bad Influence Mingyu for holding onto M’s bias crown, actor Jun for staying booked and busy, and Vernon for catching heat over… laughing (because god forbid an idol enjoys his job). Then we dive into this week’s main topic - the idol image. From dating “scandals” and fans going full delulu, to copy-paste apologies and sky-high moral expectations, we unpack how idols are held to impossible standards… often for doing things the rest of us do daily.Friendly reminder: idols are artists, not angels - unless it's illegal, let them breathe.

Face Card Declined?
Send a textOn this week’s Comeback Corner, we’re back with our new regular segment: M & ZUZU’s SVT Weekly Bias Line-Up Update™ (yes, the name’s still long). Shoutout to Joshua's scalp, birthday Gemini boy Jun, and Jeonghan for serving “the most prettiest military person ever” energy. Then we dive into this week’s main topic - Korean beauty standards in K-pop: what it means to be the visual of a group, how Korean and Western ideals differ, and how all of it impacts both idols and fans. From plastic surgery culture to the global rise of K-skincare, we’re breaking it all down - and reminding everyone: natural or not, it’s your face, your choice… just maybe don’t lie about it (especially on behalf of your idol).

Going Solo
Send a textOn this week’s Comeback Corner, we’re talking all things solo - from the legends to the rookies and everyone in between. But first, we had to revisit SEVENTEEN’s comeback (because we’re still not over it), and yes, we’ve officially launched M & ZUZU’s SVT Weekly Bias Line Update™ - the segment absolutely no one asked for, but we needed. Then it’s time to go solo: we break down why soloists have been dominating Korean charts lately, talk pros and cons of solo vs group life, and ask the big questions - does group size impact solo success? Who’s nailed the solo transition? (Spoiler: Blackpink members, GD, and Jungkook are in the chat.)It’s one part analysis, one part fangirl spiral - you know the drill.

Comeback Season Chaos
Send a textOn this week’s Comeback Corner, it’s comeback season and we’re barely keeping up. Meovv had us vibing, KATSEYE said “rookie who?”, (G)I-DLE…sorry, I-DLE went full queen mode, Jin hit us in the feels, and SEVENTEEN broke the stage (and our sanity). Come scream with us!
