Comedy & Counseling is a unique podcast where a comedian and licensed counselor, who are also married, tackle life’s biggest challenges—marriage, transracial adoption, parenting, grief, chronic illness, and faith. Each episode features lighthearted humor, grounded in real-life experiences, and ends with a mental health/wellness moment incorporating creative outlets like cooking, baking, celebrations, or art to help listeners unwind and find peace.
