Confessions of a Uni Student

So I just turned 21 and in this episode I thought I’d share the 21 lessons I’ve learnt throughout my life. Life’s really tough and these are all the lessons I’ve had to learn the hard way, so here are 21 pieces of advice that I wish someone had told me sooner.

In this episode let’s de-romanticize university and acknowledge how tough final year can be. So often we like to act like we can do everything and we have it all together, in this episode let’s look at how the reality of a 3rd year uni student is barely coping with the workload. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed and trust me you’re not alone.

What is a healthy relationship? How can we know if we’re in the right relationship? Or if we’re ready to be in a relationship? In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, for this episode I sit down with one of my closest friends and we uncover what a healthy relationship really requires, what it offers and what it takes from you. Take a listen to hear some of the things we believe to be red flags and how in some cases we are the red flags.

Today we’re going to talk about moving to a new country for university. When most people talk about leaving home for university they talk about how exciting it is, how it’s a fresh start. But what about the reality, we don’t seem to talk about how hard it can be to completely live in a new city by yourself and start over. In this episode I’m going to discuss the toughness of starting university in a new city, what it taught me and how much I changed because of it.
