Dr. Anotida Chikumbu is an Assistant Professor of African History at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, USA. He previously studied and taught in the department of history and the writing program at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, USA where he also worked as an assistant to the editor in chief at the University of Massachusetts Press. He is also a member of the Military Welfare History Network (MWHN) at the University College Dublin in Ireland. In 2022, he was a Society for Military History inaugural fellow at the Jenny Craig Institute for the Study of War and Democracy at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. Chikumbu previously studied and taught Economic history at the University of Zimbabwe in Harare. His broader research interest is the history of Southern Africa and the United States. He is particularly interested in histories of slavery and resistance, colonialism, apartheid and nationalism, civil rights and liberation movements, military welfare, war veterans, assassinations, military coup d'états, post-conflict reconstruction, peace building, elections and presidential leadership. His scholarship includes single-authored journal articles, book chapters, book reviews, newspaper articles, podcasts, documentary films, critical commentaries, and numerous conference presentations. His latest single authored research paper, "The Forgotten Narratives," was published by Brill in the International Journal of Military History and Historiography. Chikumbu is the producer of the Anotida Chikumbu - BOOK SERIES, the most prestigious interdisciplinary live television podcast show in academia. Eziuka Healing Chinyere is a 23-year-old nursing student at the University of Jos, Nigeria, and the founder of the Victorious Rhema Family Foundation, an NGO established in 2018 to support orphans, widows, and other vulnerable individuals, particularly in Northern Nigeria. Driven by a passion to combat poverty and hunger (aligned with SDGs 1 and 2), her foundation has organized numerous humanitarian and medical outreaches across several Nigerian states. Kudzaishe Chikowore was raised in a humble village where he faced significant financial hardship. To fund his own secondary education, he worked as a herd boy, walking barefoot to school and studying under challenging conditions. His perseverance paid off he graduated as valedictorian and received top student awards at both his O Level and A Level schools. Kudzaishe is now preparing to pursue a degree in Computer Science, driven by resilience, a passion for learning, and a vision to uplift others through education. Fidelity was born and raised in Baza Village, Chiredzi East, Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe. He completed his O-Levels at Ndali Secondary School and his A-Levels at Chiredzi Christian College before matriculating at the University of Zimbabwe, where he graduated First Class with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Mathematics with Economics.It was during his undergraduate studies that Fidelity discovered his passion for using mathematical modelling and quantitative analysis to inform public-health policy particularly around infectious-disease control and the unique challenges faced by low- and middle-income countries. Upon graduation, he earned two competitive postgraduate offers: an MSc in Modelling for Global Health at the University of Oxford, funded by the Mastercard Foundation AfOx Scholarship, and an MPhil in Population Health Science at the University of Cambridge, supported by a Beit Trust Scholarship. After careful consideration, he opted for Oxford to deepen his expertise in epidemic modelling, health economics and data-driven policy evaluation.Following his MSc, Fidelity plans to partner with NGOs and intergovernmental organisations on global health research projects. He ultimately aims to pursue a PhD translating complex modelling insights into practical policy solutions that bolster public-health systems across the African region.

Lengdung Tungchamma Apolos is a Nigerian community developer, educator, and social entrepreneur from Jenta Adamu, a once-violent slum in Jos, Plateau State. Since 2015, he has worked to transform his community through education, leadership, and grassroots initiatives. After the tragic loss of his mother in 2009, Lengdung found solace in reading a turning point that inspired his lifelong dedication to learning and change.He co-founded the Jenta Reads Community Initiative, which uses informal education and a community library to empower locals, especially children. As a professional programmer and Computer Science student at the University of Jos, he teaches coding and ICT skills to young people.
