This trailer gives us a glimpse of Episode 1, as Tshepiso is conversation with Glynnis Glynnis Jeffries, a former business executive head in business development and passionate teacher of the word of God and one of the committee members of Courageous Women Arise. Glynnis has over 30 years working experience with 25 years being in the financial services industry having worked for a number of respected companies such as Old Mutual, BoE, Fairheads, Cadiz and Futuregrowth Asset Management. Within that time she has served within senior management roles in business development and marketing. Her roles included being Executive Head of Business Development. Despite having a growing career in the Business World, her love for understanding the big picture of God’s word and how He revealed himself to the world through the life of Jesus and scripture she has gone on to study at Johannesburg Bible College and Biblical Counselling through CCEF. Her passion is to see women grow in their understanding of Jesus and scripture and to be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. They then can be the courageous women of God in all the spheres they influence and ministry as then take on roles as a Woman, Mother, Wife, Employee, Employer etc. Based on Daniel 11: 32 But the people who (are spiritually matured and ) know their God will display strength and take action (to resist).

This trailer gives us a glimpse of Episode 7, as Tshepiso is in conversation with Lesego Taule, the founder and Managing Director of Tellsumore Marketing Agency as they talk about Market Research business. Founder and Manager Director of Tellusmor Research, a research agency that provides qualitative and quantitative market research and social research services. She has worked with big brands in various sectors e.g Pharmaceutical, Government, FMCG, Banking, Beauty etc. She conducted social research studies throughout SA and other African markets in underprivileged communities, working with organisations like Anova, Wits, USAID, Hero, Final Mile, Harvard University, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to mention a few. Lesego has contributed to studies related to HIV prevention and treatment, Covid, TB, Malaria, Immunisations etc. She completed a marketing and market research course with Unisa as well as a Programme in Human Resource Management. She is also a COMENSA certified NLP coach and a Teencoach certified by the International Coaching Federation. Currently completing her studies in social work with Unisa. In 2021 she was one of five qualitative researchers to be awarded a scholarship by a global organisation of researchers called QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association) based in the US. The five recipients were selected from applications received worldwide and she was the only recipient from Africa. Interesting facts about her: She has four meaningful tattoos and planning to get six more. She is a mom to two teenagers. Loves to travel to new destinations and eating out(favourite part). She is a HUGE fan of the Springboks and a philanthrophist. She calls herself the undisputed queen of testimonies and is an author in the making.

This trailer gives us a glimpse of Episode 6, as Tshepiso is in conversation with Norma Mazibuko, Rewards and Remuneration Executive. Norma has worked for various JSE listed organizations, as a Human Capital/ Reward Executive, responsible for Shared Services Business Units, which has responsibility for the Remuneration and Benefits function, Payroll, Organizational Design, Employee Wellness, Performance Management and Organizational Effectiveness. She has vast management consulting experience, having worked for PwC and Now Bowmans Reward Advisory, consulting to a wide spectrum of clients across various industries on the African continent including state owned enterprises. The key focus is on providing solutions on HR and Reward Strategy and Philosophy design, Short- and Long-Term Incentive design and advisory services to board remuneration committees. Norma holds a master’s degree in industrial psychology from the Northwest University, an Honours and BCom degrees from the University of Johannesburg. Norma is a candidate for the Executive MBA through Henley Business School at the University of Reading (UK)

Episode 5 | Dr Nthabiseng Mabena: Women and Mental Health
In this Episode, Tshepiso is in conversation with Dr Nthabiseng Mabena, who is a Clinical Psychologist, as they tackle issues around mental health. Dr Nthabiseng Mabena is a clinical psychologist currently working as a private practitioner. She consults in private medical and psychiatric hospitals on a sessional basis. She works with individuals and groups presenting with clinical disorders, trauma, marital problems, relationship difficulties and family problems. She conducts psychological assessments which include medico-legal assessments, career and scholastic assessments. Her career began in 2005 at government hospitals where she provided psychotherapy and psychometric assessments for children, teenagers and adults. She started private work in 2007. She has been involved with wellness programmes providing short-term interventions and adopting long term interventions when necessary. She has worked for various NPO’s addressing psychosocial challenges ranging from the effects of violence in societies and communities, trauma and various forms of abuse. Dr Mabena has been involved in intellectual development of children through an early childhood development program, assessments of primary school learners and lecturing University students. She has also been involved in youth programs that address unemployment among disadvantaged youth, by empowering or giving them skills to be employable and creating interview opportunities for them. She is a dedicated clinical psychologist who has worked in diverse work environments such as medical, corporate, and educational settings. She believes in serving with integrity, elevating, enhancing others and making a difference.

Her approach and philosophy to coaching is holistically oriented with an intent to see wholly developed individuals and embeds effective strategies that promote a balanced life. Her engagements echo a message of Holistic Empowerment, Self-discovery and Unleashing of potential. She embodies the philosophy of “Beauty from Ashes” and supports it with her mantra: “Rise Against All Odds: Never Cease To Function”.

Episode 3: Trailer
This trailer will give us a glimpse of Episode 3, as Tshepiso Maledu will be having a conversation with Sharon Leane Stephen, Fitness and Self-defense Coach. a bodybuilder bikini competitor, martial artist and missionary. Sharon is really a missionary at heart, having used her communication and marketing skills in a range of different organisations and for the Great Commission. Having said this her passions lie in service to people, and she does this through encouraging men, women and children to take care of their wellbeing, spiritually, emotionally and physically through her organisation called Fellowship through fitness. Through FTF she also uses her martial arts and fitness skills to teach people about anti-human trafficking and promoting self-defence as a critical personal skill. This is one skill a person should have even if it is never used rather than need it one day and never know what to do. Sharon’s greatest belief is that God is faithful in all circumstances, and He grants us his mercy every day to accomplish the things He has planned for us. Our obedience to His call is greater victory than any form of success the world may try to offer in exchange. This is Courage Everyday, where women share how they show up courageously everyday.
