And for local cultural organizations, that means critical projects are on hold.At Pasadena's Armory Center for the Arts Director Leslie Ito says, A curriculum designed to bring outdoor art and science education to young students has stalledLESLIE ITO: There will be nobody to receive our invoices. And review and then push the button, send the money, right? COLIN HASKINS: For the Skid Row History Museum and Archive, the impact is devastating. I talked to Pamela Miller, the museum's Chief operating Officer about the cuts.PAMELA MILLER: So we've done the work and spent the money, and now we're told we're not going to be reimbursed.
