During our creative process we create so many ideas that inevitably some of those ideas get culled or left behind. Some ideas need to discarded to make room for great ideas but, on occasion, sometimes great ideas also get lost along the way for one reason or another. The world is a heavy place at the moment and as creatives it is necessary that we find ways to contribute to causes that are important to us in any way we can. Today I'm talking about how to lend your creativity and skills to causes that make an impact and deserve more attention.

On the days where our creative energy is high, creating seems to feel like the most natural thing in the world. There are a multitude of ways to use those high energy days to be our most prolific and productive selves and to really boost our creative process.

Building consistency within your creative practice, and regularly making time for the creative pursuits that you have, is the key to honing your skills, creating ideas that you are truly proud of, and fully leaning into your creative process.

Whether you've been pursuing creativity as purely a passion or as something more substantial... sometimes that joy or excitement in showing up everyday and having to be creative on demand can start to fade.
