    Building Early Alert Action Plans for #StudentSuccess

    "What types of #data would you add to my #CRM to help improve our #EarlyAlert Action Plans?" A long-time friend sent that question to me. So I highlighted 5 points of data (PLUS one bonus point!). These are pieces of data that may not already live in your CRM, but are also not hard to find and implement. I've included data about: past due dates visits to academic support and to student success student success communication engagement show rates for appointments chatbot usage and the bonus (you have to watch or listen for this one!) In addition, I have shared examples of how to use the data for your action plans. These are 101-level examples, that are not common uses for our 101-level clients.
