I am joined by two close friends of mine from women’s track and field and basketball this week. Meet AJ and Jade! We talk about our respective majors, life in Jonesboro, and how they balance being student-athletes with joining a sorority. It is a calm change of pace from the conversations with the boys.

This week you get to meet my dear friends Rucker and Omari. Putting them on the same podcast was a bold move on my part because they really feed off each other’s energy.
