Hace ya un tiempo que no podía utilizar hive y hace unos pocos días que volví, y me dieron muchas ganas de publicar en esta increible comunidad. Por lo que hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina corta pero efectiva de cardio para no perder la condición física, además de que nos ayudará a bajar un poco de grasa si es lo que buscamos siempre con una alimentación adecuada claro está. A pesar de que en el video estan las instrucciones quisiera decir que esta rutina la deberemos hacer entre 3 a 5 veces para conseguir un mejor trabajo ,cada tipo de salto lo realizaremos durante 1 minuto y entre cada minuto de 10 a 15 segundos de descanso aunque si necesitas un par de segundos extras no pasa nada. Lo genial que tiene es que solo necesitaremos una cuerda para realizarla y si no tienes con un cordon largo también puede ser ,aunque va a costar un poco mas de trabajo . Espero que les ayude la rutina si quieren hacer actividad física y no saben ocmo empezar , un fuerte abarazo y gracias por pasarse por aqui. Ésta canción es parte del repertorio de nuestra orquesta de guitarra y sin duda es una gran pieza. La melodía se oye muy típica de Estados Unidos e incluso yo diría que un poco de películas del oeste. Según dice el profesor de la orquesta que la pieza estaba en el repertorio sin saber lo icónica que era para la parte de Norte América y que un día tocando para unos extranjeros de ahi fue que descubrió la história de la canción . Recuerdo que cuando era niño y ponían la pelicula la cantaba a todo pulmón frente al televisor y en algunos karaokes de canciones infantiles también aparecía ésta hermosa canción. Hasta hace poco tiempo no sabia que el autor de la canción era el gran cantante Alex Ubago el cuál la verda que me gustan muchas de sus canciones y pensando en hacer éste cover fue que descubrí que había cantado esta canción para la peli. Yo pertenezco a una pequeña orquesta de guitarra llamada "Nuevas Liras" dirigida por el profesor Valentín, el cual en una de sus clases decidió enseñarme el punteo de este hermoso tema que se convertiría en una pieza inherente de mi repertorio siempre que nos presentamos en algún lugar ,ya que cada integrante de la orquesta toca o canta siempre algo por separado. Este gran músico pianista que nos regaló esta obra maestra sufría de sordera por Tínitus y aunque no fue total hasta que cumplió 40 años fue bastante persistente durante su obra. Para tocar el piano utilizaba una especie de aparato como tubo de metal que colocaba en su piano para de ésta forma poder sentir las vibraciones de el instrumento en su cuerpo. La canción ,Para Elisa , fue tocada luego de 40 años de haber fallecido beethoven durante ya que su partitura se encontraba perdida aunque quizás es que el músico no quería que saliera a la luz. Mi versión es una adaptación a la guitarra que espero disfruten, muchas gracias. Una gran canción sin duda que está llena de sentimiento, ésta canción me transmite a los inicios de mi aprendizaje en la guitarra ya que tiene varios cambios de acordes y la utilizé para aprender a poner la cejilla de algunos acordes. Melendi es uno de mis cantantes preferidos ya que sus letras son en parte un poco profundas y contienen grandes significados que están expresados de manera discreta , sin duda ésta canción es una de las mejores que tiene en su repertorio. . Es un cover de la canción de Melendi "Un violinista en tu tejado" . Ésta canción fue de las primeras que aprendí en la guitarra de manera de acompañamiento para cantar y la verdad nunca he cantado de manera pública porque siempre me da vergüenza el hecho de no saber si lo hago bien o mal pero bueno, siempre se puede mejorar y hay que empezar desde abajo asi que espero que les guste el cover hecho un poco a mi manera.
