I Have A Dream (The MLK Day Song)
Along with recording a wide variety of world music songs, Daria’s “I Have A Dream” Song is used widely across the USA and around the world to celebrate MLK Day. Her Earth Day anthem is used in over a dozen different countries around the world. Her “Beautiful Rainbow World” song is used in Australia as part of a “Respecting Others” curriculum, in South African schools as part of a “Teach Tolerance” initiative and in a recent book – BEAUTIFUL RAINBOW WORLD - that features dazzling images of multicultural and mixed race children from around the world.

Kumbayah (South African Style)
A South-African style arrangement of the beautiful African-American spiritual. Always meant to be an interactive song, the original song uses phrases like “someone’s smiling, and someone’s singing”, in this version which DARIA sings in her live show, she calls out what she sees in the audiences “Someone’s playing on the drums today, someone’s playing a shekere”. World Music children's performer DARIA (Daria Marmaluk-Hajioannou) has spent over two decades performing in the USA and around the world, creating music to inspire all the world’s children. Assalam Aleykum (MiddleEastMix)
This beautiful new song by DARIA is based on the Muslim Greeting which means "Peace Be Upon You". Written several different ways, the complete greeting and response are: Assalam Aleykum; meaning "Peace Be Upon You" (also written as As-salamu alaykum or As salaamu aleykum) with the response being Wa-Alaikum-as-Salaam, meaning "And Upon You Peace." Multicultural and multilingual artist and songwriter, Daria creates world music that shares a vision of the dignity and value of all peoples of the world.
