We are back folks!Today we welcome Sam to the show to share her experience for the first time. Years ago during her stay in a campground she ran into something that defies explanation...Thank you for listening, please share the show and enjoy!Some notes that Sam has allowed me to share from this episode regarding the included details in her story:"Camp We-Ch-Me LodgeI was looking at pictures of the lodge and the surrounding area, and found it interesting that the giant cross the group of students found before I saw the entity in the woods isn't featured in any photos, despite the lodge now being used as a wedding destination. So I called the Park Ranger and asked about it. The Park Rangers have no idea why the cross was out there. It was constructed without permission and in secret. It has since been removed, but it was 10 to 15 feet tall and welded out of metal. I would like to point out that it was way too heavy to be brought there in secret when the park was closed (there is a big locked gate 1/4 of a mile down the mountain from the lodge itself and the lawn where the cross was hidden. Not to mention a Park Ranger stationed there who would have noticed a 10 foot metal cross strapped to the roof of someone's car). The Ranger I spoke with said it is still something he thinks about, and he's been stationed there for over ten years! I thought it was an interesting bit of context, as it seems to be one of the only strange things I can find about the place. I will be looking through old photos taken of the camping trip to see if I can find a picture of it.
