Day Before Rehab Podcast

The podcast is about the journey from the day before rehab to wherever you are currently at in your life. The goal is to track a person's journey from when life was at its lowest to where it is now and how you got there. My wife and I will be hosting initially and tracking my journey but we will have guests on to track theirs as well. We want to highlight how people that have been to rehab can and do amazing things as their recovery journey unravils.

Episode 22: One year of continuous sobriety-The good, the bad, and the ugly
This has been the best year of my life. I owe it all to God and the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. This was a tough episode to create. My actions prior to getting sober have consequences, most of which I am not proud of. But sobriety as awarded me the opportunity to amend the wreckage of my past. I want to especially thank my daughter, Gia, for her courage and her strength. I also want to thank her for giving me a chance to show her that I can be a better dad. I love you, Gia!

Meghan explains how she was able to persevere during this difficult time and what her her support system consisted of as she did.
