I did this in the rain forest. Rest of album was cut quick in studio without headphones. I thought it would be a good song for the Stones actually As you know the Stones would put bite into it and put the right spin into it.

Dedicated of the memory of the Pine River baby parent's who tragically died in the deep forests off northern Canada in late 1800's. Wrote this on behalf of her parents as they sucommed to the harsh reality of the harsh winters elements. After her father died from a trapping accident her mother growing weak and feeble cut / scarred her daughters toe and left a letter in the cabin regards to the events. She then sent her baby in a raft down the Pine River. The baby miraculously survived and while visiting a doctor in mid Canada many yr's later the doctor asked her about her past and her scar. Realizing that she was found along the river the doctor knew the story from a publically announced article and informed the woman of her biological parents and where and what she arose from.. I think this is one of the most amazing remarkable events I have ever known about and I wrote this song on behalf of the falling parents..

This is one of my favorite demo songs (very simple folk ) I written and composed. I believe it would be a really good vocal fit for Adele , Taylor Swift, and Miranda Lambert. I have pitched this song to certain artists / labels / producers in chance they may take it under their wing. It has the potential to be turned into a good song or perpetuated into a great song.. The building blocks of great songs need to start somewhere and originality is hard for some producers and singers to establish. There are few concepts and rare true originality in the music world that can be mega mainstreamed. Sometimes it comes in the simplest forms. You look at the structure / concept and mechanics of this song and perk up the vocals and drag it out some and then you get the start of your song and then revisited it in second part of song and you see a resemblance or copy right infringement since I publically uploaded this song in 2013. Just need a piano with a simple pulse for some people!
