    Inevitable visibility vs. Wishful thinking

Hello, here's another journal memo in which I ramble about pattern-thinking, visibility, self-image vs. performance. I question if excellence is enough and the rational behind wishful thinking. The topic carrying it all is the decision-making behind the promotion of my new project: https://www.relationalcodetheory.comThis is the insta I was talking about: https://www.instagram.com/danisinaa/

    A door to be found

In this short and soulful episode, I offer a two-minute visualisation that you can do anytime—because you do have time. It’s about remembering that right in front of you, there’s a door. Behind it, a world where your presence is cherished, your gifts are welcomed, and your soul is received with joy.No specifics needed. Just trust that it’s there. That your light belongs.I also invite you to look for that door throughout your day—not in the abstract, but in the real.Because sometimes, the door is just a conversation, a risk, or a moment of softness away.Thank you for being here. I hope your day is delicious.https://deliciouslyalive.mmm.page

A cup of coffee makes the difference when you're a hot divine feminine

In this episode, I share how connecting with my divine feminine energy has transformed the way I give and nurture, turning it into a powerful act of self-replenishment. I reflect on how giving doesn’t mean depleting yourself but instead creating an endless flow of love and abundance. I also explore the metaphor of building doors: tools and spaces that allow this energy to flow freely, purposefully, and beautifully. If you’ve ever wondered how to align with your creative, loving, and receptive energy—or how to balance giving and receiving—this episode is for you. sorry had to run to work and asked chatgpt for a description hahahaha but yes hope you enjoy the episode and I love you so much Enjoy x ✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶❇︎◦✶ More on: patreon.com/DeliciouslyAlive Spanish podcast: Palabras Abrazos Spanish videos: YouTube About this podcast: I love decoding and conceptualising the invisible yet powerful information that surrounds me on a regular basis and I love talking so this is me sharing absolutely everything I think about as I am constantly philosophising on life and relationships and also studying the human body, learning about biology, and hacks on how to make myself feel as delicious as possible so yes my main goal in life is to live deliciously. Stirring the politeness pot because I want realness

Look, I like politeness. The mix of politeness and boundaries is chef kiss to me. I am not criticising people that struggle setting boundaries though, but can we just cut the bs sometimes? What about the beauty of ✦✧✹directness✦✧✹ It's great, we should practice it more, little by little, create the habit, I advocate for it. Come on... Fake kindness doesn't feel right for any of the parties anyways. This case study is part of my London diaries. my best friend broke up with me ✂︎♡

Friendship breakups are intense. Or well... Sometimes not really? I reached a point of detachment in which I do allow myself to grief and feel sad, but without losing myself in the process. Thriving without discipline ✼

I know for sure that, in terms of proportion and world population, we are part of the pioneers of this way of living. It is indeed a challenge I am happy to take and the path that I am currently walking in: Living and thriving without discipline. And if the solely thought of that phrase makes you feel immediate rejection, I get you. If you vibe, let me know how is it going for you. Would love to connect with more people that are choosing to soften and let themselves by driven by trust, passion, and devotion. Revolutionary! I am single and not having sex with strangers.

Being single and not having sex with strangers is something new for me 〠 This isn’t rooted in religious guilt, social shame, or the typical fear of getting hurt if I give myself to someone again. It's not because I feel the need to be single, either. After a deeply draining relationship in the past, I did spend a year on my own, rebuilding balance and self-esteem. But this time, that's not the reason—it's a different chapter altogether.
