Chef Kenneth
On this Episode Chef Kenneth from Kreations Event Services joins us. Chef shares with us some childhood memories of when he first started cooking. Things that inspired him, and also some of those Chef moments that put him to the test. He host Private Dinner Party Events, that are often held at places such as pent house. Dulce Vasquez

The Yoga Dance Co
On this Episode I am joined by Auburn from The Yoga Dance Co. She shares her journey of opening up the studio and how it all came about. She takes us back and talks about how as a child she was a dancer and her mom was one of her first teachers. Fast forward in life she was in a job that was high stress and not doing well for your health, she decided to leave and focus on her health. In that she found the love for dance and movement again, and it lead her to yoga. She then started the process of opening up her studio, while pregnant and being diagnosed with a medical condition. Through it all she kept moving forward with her mission to have this studio to benefit the wellness and mental health of her local community of all ages. Her studio offers yoga and aerial classes for everyone for little kids to grandparents. She is also in the midst of releasing a program to help with anxiety and over all wellness.
