HURDLE CREEK STILL A hidden gem tucked away in the King Valley the Hurdle Creek Still begun operation in March 2016.   All products are made and bottled onsite in The StillHouse. The base spirit is made from locally sourced grain using a traditional infusion mashing system and twice distilled though our extended copper & glass column still, which gives the gin a unique smooth grain character - The Process.
