From Toxic Relationships to Personal Power: Rebuilding Your Life with Anna Florio

In this episode, I have a conversation with Anna Caterina Florio, an emotional wellbeing coach, healer, and transformational mentor who helps people rebuild their lives after toxic relationships, divorce, and major life crossroads.  We go deep into what really happens when someone leaves a narcissistic or toxic relationship, the emotional patterns that keep people stuck, and why rebuilding your identity is often the hardest part of the journey. Anna shares her perspective on healing, self worth, and how to reconnect with your intuition so you can make better decisions moving forward. We also explore the reality of men dealing with divorce, the pressure to suppress emotions, and why that mindset is quietly damaging lives. This is not surface level advice. This is about understanding the root of emotional pain and learning how to take control of your life again. If you have ever felt stuck, lost, or like you are starting over, this conversation will give you a different way of thinking about recovery, growth, and what comes next.To see more of my work and visuals for this and upcoming episodes, subscribe @dezmighty on youtube. A conversation with a friend

In this episode, I continue the theme of how fragile our lives are, speaking with a very good friend “Dawn Noel".  To be honest this really was an open discussion that touched on lots of different subject matter yet somehow managed to keep the theme of Fragility at its centre. It’s amazing how one word can encompass so much and I think it’s wise to stay in this lane and explore our fragile existence for a few more episodes.Disclaimer:: Dawns mother is 89 years old and mentioned a point that in todays sensitive environment may be deemed inappropriate by some people, where she referred to (losing her marbles), this must be understood from the context of the person who said those words and should not be taken out of context as no harm was meant, however I understand that some people may see this as offensive. To see more of my work and visuals for this and upcoming episodes, subscribe @dezmighty on youtube. Introduction to Fragile

Fragile is a simple, beautiful, motivational and inspiring narrative about the fragility of our lives and explains in simple terms how our lives are like flowers, where we grow blossom and bloom and slowly wither.Fragile explores the beauty of our spiritual journey and comes to the conclusion that while we are here we need to be and do the very best we can.Tomorrow is not guaranteed and it falls to us to make the most of our time on this earth.Life's resemblance to a flower is profound, reflecting our journey through stages of growth, much like the blossoming phases of a delicate bloom. Just as a flowers beauty emerges from a seed and evolves through various stages, our lives unfold from birth to maturity, each phase phase revealing our unique qualities and potential. However, similar to the fragility of a flowers petals, our lives are delicate, easily influenced by external factors such as circumstances, health and the choices we make. This fragility highlights the preciousness and vulnerability inherent in our existence, underscoring the interconnected nature of our lives. To see more of my work and visuals for this and upcoming episodes, subscribe @dezmighty on youtube.
