Alon’s story | portals, presence & people
Alon is a music producer, he plays 100 instruments (lol exaggerating but for real like 10), he’s a dad & a husband, a down to earth human, a yogi who has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and gets down with his inversions (like handstands, chin stands, etc). If you know Alon, you know he’s an open book and he is beyond curious about things and people! His presence and curiosity are infectious! We dive into how he is so present, therapy, portals, people, and so much more. Alon lost his father about a year ago and we talk about his grief. I think we are all grieving someone or something …and we should talk more about it… Ummm ALSO - towards the end of the episode, David feels Alon’s dad’s presence!! It’s ironic because the topic is portals, people and presence!! Big plus here, Alon is one of our cohosts

The importance of masculine & feminine energy
Melissa Lopez, our well-spoken guest today gets deep about masculine and feminine energy. She is a spiritual baddie and she will not disappoint. She talks about balancing these energies, tapping into these energies, and the importance of these energies. Feminine (yin) and masculine (yang) energies are two polar energies present in everything there is. You can’t grow and evolve if you are limited to a one-sided way of expressing your potential. On top of that, you can’t create harmonious relationships. Come join us on this convo!

MENtal Well-being
Chris Broadhead is our special guest today. He talks about his anxiety with us—not many people are open about their anxiety/struggles. Chris’s eloquence and understanding of his anxiety will draw you in and hopefully soften you up about your own certain struggles/anxieties. We hope this episode encourages you (or somebody you know) to make friends with your own anxieties and just maybe…to open up about it with your people as well. There is so much more that we wanted to converse about. So stay tuned —we are going to try to push for a part 2 of this episode in the future!

Introducing my cohost, David. He’s a fun spirit and talented human being. This convo is random, good vibes and an introduction to us. We talk about filling up our cup, but also, we just wanted to get the ball rolling on this podcast. It’s goofy, yet deep. Let me just leave you with this … after we recorded this episode (a month ago) we had some time to reflect and are ready for intentional deliverance!
