driving force started in the late 90s as a coverband we did pubs and clubs, the singer and bass player left so the band finished .i kept the name and started writing originals and started a band called damned if we dont and now im mainly on my own these days writing and producing my own stuff,i bring people in when ever they and I wont, i just love music have played since 12 years old, been in lots cover bands over the years but got really sick of having to do songs other people wanted so I stop playing covers and only do originals these days and loving it, I put my heart in to it, its one off things in my life whats kept me going, im a west Aucklander westie through and through,Julian Dods life long member of driving force and dear friend playing bass and guitar 0n a lot of the songs i hope you injoy what I produce, keep rocking and may we have a peaceful loving earth,ps thanks to all the fans that support me john.

id like to say formost if this song makes any money it would go to fight the tip,this is about a preposed dump on top of this mountain valley, if it leaked it would contaminate all things below it including the Kaipara harbor it has real high rain and just the silliest place to put one,its time to change, there has to be a better way with dealing with waste. on top off that they are bring in waste in from other countries not just Aucklands played with my specail friends Julian Dods on bass, Greg Leaf synths-saxs ,me John Moerenhout gts vocals recorded and produced & written recorded at spare room studio lyrics by Stu Wymer and John Moerenhout
