Zach Keeshig is the Owner and Chef of Naagan, an intimate dining experience in Owen Sound, Ontario, recently named number 9 on Canada's 100 Best New Restaurants list. His experience working in top kitchens has helped him fuse his Ojibwa cuisine with modern culinary techniques and ingredients.  Derek Blais is an internationally award-winning creative whose work is anchored in storytelling, from projects like Missing Matoaka to his pop-up dining experience Sunfish.
