    Indigenous Food, Identity, & Sustainability with Chef Zach Keeshig & Derek Blais | DWF LIVE

    In this DWF LIVE conversation, Zach and Derek come together to explore Indigenous food sustainability through storytelling, sourcing, and relationships to the land. Zach Keeshig is the Owner and Chef of Naagan, an intimate dining experience in Owen Sound, Ontario, recently named number 9 on Canada's 100 Best New Restaurants list. His experience working in top kitchens has helped him fuse his Ojibwa cuisine with modern culinary techniques and ingredients.  Derek Blais is an internationally award-winning creative whose work is anchored in storytelling, from projects like Missing Matoaka to his pop-up dining experience Sunfish.
