How to Stop Being so Offendable

_*]:min-w-0 gap-3"> You've felt it. That rude email that ruined your morning. The criticism that replayed in your head for days. The personal attack you're still carrying weeks later. What if I told you that the moment you stop taking things personally is the moment you become unstoppable? _*]:min-w-0 gap-3"> In this episode, we're diving into one of the most underrated forms of boldness there is: being unoffendable. Not numb. Not a pushover. Not pretending things don't hurt. But so rooted in who you are and where you're going that other people's noise simply cannot redirect your energy anymore. _*]:min-w-0 gap-3"> We're talking about what offense actually costs you, why so many of us were trained to take everything personally (and why that's not your fault), and how to start reclaiming the energy you've been leaking into resentment, replaying, and rehearsed arguments with people who aren't even in the room. _*]:min-w-0 gap-3"> This one comes with a challenge. Let's Talk Resilience With Cynthia Conigliaro

If you can handle everything life throws at you, does that automatically make you resilient? Or does it mean you've just gotten really good at tolerating things that are slowly draining you? In this episode, Cynthia Conigliaro from Work Well Webinars joins me to unpack resilience in a way that challenges the way most of us think about it. We get into the practical side - how to actually build resilience in your day-to-day life as a leader and as a human. And we also go deeper - into the kind of resilience that shows up when life gets hard in ways you didn't plan for, and it becomes the thing that carries you through. If you've ever felt like you're "handling it" but still exhausted, this conversation is for you. If this episode resonates with you, share it with someone who's been carrying more than they let on… and don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss future conversations. You're Judging People You Could Have Been: Try Empathy Instead

We don't like to admit it, but we judge. The homeless. People in prison. People who are struggling in ways we don't understand. We look at their lives and quietly think, "I would never." But what if the only difference between you and them is circumstance? In this episode, we're getting honest about the way we judge others and why it's easier to point fingers than to face the truth. We are a society of imperfect people judging other imperfect people for living out different versions of the same human struggle. This conversation will challenge the idea that we're "better" and invite you to see what's really underneath behavior. This isn't about excusing harm. It's about dropping the illusion of superiority and choosing something bolder - Empathy. If you've ever caught yourself thinking, "I'd never end up like that," this episode will make you pause and maybe see people differently. And that's where real change begins. The Masks We Wear (and Why You Forgot Who You Are)

At some point, you learned who you needed to be to feel safe, accepted, and loved. Over time, those adaptations shaped your identity. In this episode, we explore the psychology of the masks we wear, inspired by Carl Jung and his concept of the persona. You will learn how personality patterns form, how people pleasing and over-adapting show up in your life, and how these masks impact your relationships, leadership, and self-worth. We also break down how tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument can increase self-awareness, reveal behavior patterns, and help you understand your communication and conflict style. If you have ever felt disconnected from yourself or stuck in patterns you cannot explain, this episode will help you identify where those patterns come from and how to start changing them. This is your invitation to stop performing and start becoming who you truly are. Owning Your Impact With Confidence

Why does sharing your work feel so uncomfortable even when you know you're making an impact? In this episode, I'm talking about the tension so many of us carry between how we were raised, stay humble, don't brag, don't make it about you, and the reality that if we don't share what we're doing, the people who need us may never find us. I'm pulling back the curtain on a real reflection from the past month, from coaching corporate leaders and students, to mentoring middle school girls, launching my community, facilitating workshops, building behind-the-scenes systems, and continuing to invest in my own growth. On paper, it's a lot. In the moment, it just feels like life. And that's the point. This isn't about bragging. It's about owning the impact you're making without shrinking it or apologizing for it. If you've ever downplayed your work, brushed off your growth, or felt uncomfortable talking about what you're building, this episode will meet you right where you are and challenge you to start showing up a little differently. Because being your own hype person isn't ego…it's alignment.

Becoming Bold: From Self Doubt to Confidence & Fulfillment

In this episode, I'm sharing the real timeline behind Becoming Bold. The real story of how my life experiences shaped the work I do today and why I'm so passionate about helping people remember who they were before the world told them who to be. I talk about what it was like growing up in poverty, the money stories that shaped my sense of worth, and the belief systems I absorbed early on like "we can't afford that," "rich people think they're better than us," and what we used to call the "Henning curse," the idea that life was just stacked against us. I share how an abusive and chaotic environment shaped my view of the world, how substance abuse surrounded much of my childhood, and how curiosity was sometimes shut down when asking questions was labeled as blasphemous. Along the way, I started wearing masks to survive. The rebel mask. The tough girl mask. The people pleaser. The corporate chameleon trying to fit in and climb the ladder. For a long time those masks helped me navigate the world, but eventually I realized they were exhausting and they weren't actually me. This episode walks through the turning points that helped me reconnect with myself. I share the simple but powerful shifts that started changing everything, like envisioning my future self and asking what she would do right now, interrupting negative self talk with "wait…I don't do that anymore," taking better care of my body and energy, and becoming more intentional about what and who I allow in my orbit. Looking back now, I realize the framework I teach today through the Bold Way and the Bold Bridge was something I was already doing subconsciously. Contemplate, consider, change. Understand where your beliefs and behaviors came from, then make intentional adjustments that move you closer to the life you actually want. If you've ever felt like you lost yourself somewhere along the way, this episode is for you. Boldness isn't something you suddenly become. It's something you remember. Sometimes the work is simply learning to see the human behind your behavior, burning the masks you no longer need, and walking the bridge back to who you were before the world told you who to be. 🔥 Find all the links to connect with me here: https://linktr.ee/becoming_bold_llc

Bold Women Started This: The Real Story of International Women's Day

International Women's Day didn't start as a cute celebration with flowers and inspirational quotes. It started with women basically saying, "Um… excuse me… why are we working brutal hours, getting paid less, and not allowed to vote?" In this bonus episode of Embrace Your Inner Boldness, I'm sharing the surprisingly bold history behind International Women's Day and the women who helped spark it more than a century ago. From workers marching in New York for fair pay and voting rights to global activism that turned March 8 into a worldwide movement, the story behind this day is rooted in courage, persistence, and a refusal to stay quiet. We'll also talk about why so many capable women still hesitate to speak up, share their ideas, or take up space, while someone else somewhere is confidently explaining something they Googled six minutes ago. Bold women have been challenging the status quo for generations. Maybe the real question worth asking today is this. Where in your life have you been playing small… and what would bold look like instead? Happy International Women's Day. Go take up some space. 💥 Want more empowering content? You Can't Grow in Spaces That Keep You Small

In this episode, we're getting honest about something that quietly shapes your confidence, your energy, and your ability to move forward - your environment, your orbit, your inner circle. The people you're around, the conversations you're in, what you're consuming, and what you've been tolerating all play a bigger role than most people realize. If you've been feeling stuck, insecure, or like you're not fully showing up as yourself, this might be the missing piece. Not because something is wrong with you, but because something around you might not be supporting who you're becoming. I walk you through the BOLD Way and the Bold Bridge using a simple but powerful approach… contemplate, consider, change, and show up. We dig into real examples of where insecurities come from, how your environment reinforces them, and how small, intentional shifts can start changing everything. This is an episode to sit with, reflect on, and be honest with yourself. Awareness is where it starts, and bold change is what follows. How the Right Environment Can Reveal Your Purpose

Ever feel like you're surrounded by the wrong conversations? In this episode, I'm talking about something that's been hitting me hard lately. The power of your environment and how the people you surround yourself with can either keep you playing small or bring you fully to life. I've been stepping into more rooms with entrepreneurs and purpose-driven people, and the difference is undeniable. The conversations are deeper. The energy is different. I leave feeling lit up, inspired, and more like myself than ever before. It made me realize that maybe purpose isn't something you go out and find. Maybe it's something that gets revealed when you start putting yourself in the right environments. In this episode, I share: How to recognize the people and conversations that energize you Why feeling "different" might actually be a sign you haven't found your people yet Simple ways to start building an environment that supports the life you actually want How I went from books and podcasts to real-life rooms that changed everything If you've been craving deeper connection, more meaningful conversations, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are, this one is for you. Feeling Stuck at Work? This Might Explain Why

Feeling stuck in a job you don't love, but also not sure what you'd do instead?  In this episode, I talk about why so many capable, successful people feel drained at work and how it often stems from how your energy is being used day to day. I break down the six types of Working Genius from Patrick Lencioni, share my own geniuses and frustration areas, and explain why doing work that drains you long enough can make even a "good" job feel heavy. We'll also talk about practical things you can do if you're unhappy in your role, ideas for leaders who want to better support their teams, and how combining Working Genius with tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator can give you real clarity around what fits you best. Breaking Patterns, Getting Real & Taking Charge of Your Life

On a scale of one to ten, how fulfilled are you really with your life right now? And if it's not a ten, why are you tolerating less than what it could be? In this episode, we're getting honest about the quiet ways we stay stuck. The habits we repeat, the boundaries we avoid, the environments we stay in too long, and the stories we tell ourselves about not having time or not deserving more. We'll explore: Why self-sabotage often looks small, familiar, and harmless How tolerating the same patterns year after year keeps you disconnected from your purpose A powerful 3–5 year reflection to help you see what's actually repeating How your orbit, habits, and beliefs are shaping your future Simple next steps to start breaking patterns without overwhelming yourself Using my Bold Bridge framework, we'll walk through what it really means to break through barriers, own your impact, lead with courage, and design your future, starting with small, intentional shifts that compound over time. If you're tired of surviving, busy-but-unfulfilled days, and telling yourself "it's fine" when it's not, this episode is your invitation to get real and take charge of your life. Want to keep going? Many leaders are carrying more than ever. Teams are more tired, conversations feel heavier, and the pace rarely slows down. What Your Employees Are Telling Me That They Won't Tell You

Employees often share more than leaders realize, just not always in places where it feels safe to be fully honest. In this episode of Embrace Your Inner Boldness, leadership coach Melissa Henning-Frank shares the common themes of what employees open up about in coaching sessions, workshops, and confidential conversations. She explores the real drivers behind burnout, disengagement, employee retention challenges, and the quiet pull of recruiters' inboxes. This episode unpacks what it means for employees to feel safe, seen, and supported at work, how everyday micro-behaviors shape workplace culture, and why exhaustion, apathy, and stress are often early signals of misalignment rather than performance issues. How Self Trust & Creativity Reveals Your Purpose

Are you feeling stuck, exhausted, or questioning your purpose? This episode explores why you won't find your life purpose while living in survival mode, hustle mode, or constant worry. Purpose doesn't reveal itself when your nervous system is constantly activated and you're stuck in coping mode. When life feels heavy, many of us turn to consumption as a way to numb, distract, or get through the day. But coping isn't the same as living, and purpose can't breathe there. In this episode, we talk about how creativity is essential to discovering your purpose. Creation puts you into a flow state where your nervous system can settle, clarity comes more easily, and you reconnect with who you were before the world told you who to be. This is often where purpose begins to unfold, not all at once, but through small, honest acts of creation. We also explore the pressure to do everything, the noise of other people's opinions, and why you're not meant to fix it all. You're here to contribute your piece in your way. When you stop waiting for permission, release perfectionism, and trust what lights you up, forward momentum becomes possible again. If you've been asking yourself what you're meant to do with your life or feeling disconnected from your passion, this episode is an invitation to shift from consuming to creating and start trusting yourself again. Purpose doesn't arrive fully formed. It reveals itself through creativity, action, and self-trust. Listen in and ask yourself: What will I create today? Finding & Living Your Purpose With Curiosity

Have you ever felt like there has to be more than this? Are you burnt out at work and wondering what we're even here for? Are you a leader trying to figure out why your employees are so disengaged? In this episode, I'm talking about purpose, deeper meaning, and that quiet knowing so many of us have carried since childhood but didn't always have the space or language to talk about. I share personal reflections on growing up in survival mode, living in my imagination, and holding onto one small thing to look forward to each day as a way through hard times. We explore why purpose isn't something you "find" after suffering enough, but something you begin to live when you get curious and remember who you were before the world told you who to be. This episode is for the deep thinkers, the question-askers, the ones who've felt out of place in systems that reward performance over aliveness. Inside the episode: why curiosity is the starting point of purpose how small joys and creativity carry us through hard seasons the lie we've been told about being practical vs. being creative why burnout and purpose are often colliding, especially at work simple ways to begin living your purpose without blowing up your life If you've ever felt weird for the way your mind works, exhausted by burnout, or pulled toward something more meaningful but couldn't name it, this conversation is for you. 2025 Reflection: My Top 10 Beliefs For Bold Living

In this year-end conversation, I'm sharing my top 10 beliefs about living life bolder and better, shaped by every episode this year, every client conversation, and every moment I chose honesty over comfort. These aren't theories or trends, they're my lived truths. In this episode, we explore: Why self-awareness changes everything How the things we don't talk about quietly shape our lives Where real confidence comes from Why most struggles are learned responses, not personal failures The role your nervous system plays in healing and resilience How tolerance sets the tone for your life Why steady courage creates lasting growth How peace becomes a daily practice What it means to remember who you were before the world told you who to be How acknowledging our limited time can create clarity, momentum, and freedom This episode is an invitation to slow down, reflect honestly, and confront what matters most as you move forward. If something here stirs you, stay with it. Write about it. Sit with it. Let it inform how you choose to live next. Ever notice how easy it is to feel irritated by people at work, on the road, or even during everyday errands? In this episode, we unpack what it really means to be UNbothered and why your reactions are often pointing inward rather than outward. You'll explore how irritation, comparison, and judgment can actually feel temporarily energizing, what your nervous system has to do with it, and why asking "what am I getting out of this reaction?" can change everything. More Boldness, Less Ego: Where Confidence & Consciousness Converge

What if boldness isn't about being louder, sharper, or more forceful, but about being more self-aware? In this episode of Embrace Your Inner Boldness, we explore the often-overlooked middle ground between shrinking yourself to stay safe and bulldozing others in the name of confidence. Both extremes are usually rooted in subconscious pain, conditioning, or unhealed patterns, and neither leads to true fulfillment, healthy leadership, or authentic connection. This conversation invites you to slow down and examine how you show up at work and at home. You'll learn why some people hold back, why others steamroll, and how real boldness emerges when confidence meets consciousness. This episode is about transcending ego, healing old patterns, and choosing intentional boldness that serves the greatest good of all and harm to none. The Path to Confidence: Embracing the Cringe, Feeling the Fear, and Crossing the Bold Bridge

Confidence isn't something you're born with, it's something you build through bold, imperfect action. In this episode, we're getting real about what the path to confidence actually looks like. Melissa describes what it means to embrace the cringe, feel the fear and do it anyway, and move through imposter syndrome while learning to trust yourself again. You'll explore her signature Bold Bridge framework - the space between who you are now and the confident, future version of you who's already walking in their power. This isn't about pretending you're fearless or faking it until you make it. It's about becoming the kind of person who keeps showing up, even when it feels uncomfortable, awkward, or uncertain. You'll also learn simple micro-movements you can take every day to build real, lasting confidence, plus bigger, soul-level actions to help you cross the bridge again and again, because growth doesn't happen once. You're never done "becoming". Listen in if you're ready to: Reclaim your confidence through courage and consistency Recognize how you might be self-sabotaging or holding back Learn new ways to move through fear and self-doubt Remember that confidence is built in motion, not perfection And don't miss the Bold Bridge Confidence Audit worksheet available for email subscribers. Culture Shifts When You See The Human Behind The Behavior

In a world that feels louder and more divided than ever, it's easy to forget that every reaction has roots and every behavior has a backstory. In this episode, Melissa Henning-Frank invites leaders and teams to look beyond the surface and see the human behind the behavior. You'll learn how our automatic minds misinterpret moments and create drama where none is needed, how our own past experiences shape how we show up at work, and why the current social climate is magnifying old workplace dynamics. Melissa shares how dehumanization quietly creeps into our daily interactions and what it looks like to interrupt that pattern with awareness, compassion, and courage. If you're ready to lead with emotional intelligence, navigate workplace tension with more grace, and choose curiosity over combat, this episode is your reminder that connection isn't weakness, it's rebellion. Personality Type in Leadership: Creating Lasting Impact Without Losing Yourself

We've all had leaders who left a mark—but not always for the right reasons. Some led through fear or ego, while others led with authenticity, empathy, and heart. The difference between leadership that fades and leadership that lasts is boldness—the kind rooted in self-awareness, values, and trust. In this episode, Melissa unpacks what it really means to lead boldly without losing yourself. Through the lens of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and emotional intelligence, she explores how understanding personality type can transform how you communicate, make decisions, and build trust within your team. You'll learn practical, human-centered strategies like: Leading with radical self-awareness and vulnerability Anchoring decisions in your core values Replacing control with clarity Communicating with both courage and compassion Modeling real work-life integration (not perfection) Cultivating collective boldness across personality types Designing your leadership for legacy, not popularity Whether you're an introvert who leads quietly or an extravert who thrives out loud, this episode will help you honor your natural strengths while stretching where your team needs you most. Tune in to discover how understanding your MBTI type can help you lead with authenticity, build stronger relationships, and create a lasting impact—without losing who you are in the process. Method helps teams find the balance between courage and connection, turning chaos into clarity and competition into collaboration. The Boldness of Boundaries

You've probably said it before: "It's easier if I just do it." Or, "I don't want to make a big deal out of it." Maybe even, "They'll be mad if I say no." Those little excuses feel harmless in the moment, but over time they become tiny betrayals of yourself—and they add up to resentment, exhaustion, and burnout. In this episode of Embrace Your Inner Boldness, we're diving into the truth about boundaries: why they feel so hard to set, how your past shapes your comfort level with saying no, and why women especially carry the weight of people-pleasing when it comes to protecting their time and energy. You'll hear real-life examples of where boundaries matter most—in work, family, relationships, and even with yourself—and I'll share practical ways to start setting and holding them without guilt. Boundaries aren't walls, they're doors with locks. You decide who comes in, when, and how. And when you start honoring that truth, your peace, your energy, and your boldness come back online. Bridging the Divide: Connection is Our Rebellion

The next headline storm isn't an if — it's a when. And if we're not equipped, it will divide us at home, at work, and in our communities. In this episode of Embrace Your Inner Boldness and in the bonus materials for email subscribers, I unpack how division is being fed to us on purpose — and how we can stop playing the game. You'll learn: What to do in the moment when a headline triggers you or your feed turns into a fight Long-term practices to build resilience and connection at home, in your community, and on your team Why leaders can be catalysts for unity in the workplace Reflection questions to help you see where you stand on today's "quiet middle" spectrum Because here's the truth: we are not defined by the labels that divide us. On the big things — belonging, peace, safety, freedom — we agree far more than we think. The outrage machine only works if we feed it. This is your blueprint to starve it. Different Realities, Same Team: Leading Through Division & Stress

We don't all live in the same world anymore—we live in the worlds our feeds create for us. And when those different realities walk into the same workplace, tension rises, trust takes a hit, and mental health struggles get louder. In this mini episode, I'm breaking down how leaders can navigate those high-stress environments with curiosity and compassion, while still keeping teams aligned on shared goals. We'll talk about what psychological safety looks like in practice, how leaders themselves can get the support they need, and what HR and organizations should be paying attention to right now if they truly want to put people first. Because while we may not share the same version of reality, we can build workplaces where people feel safe, respected, and supported. Find free resources and more here: linktr.ee/becoming_bold_llc

Perception Isn't Reality: The Stories We Live By

What you see isn't always what's real—it's what's real to you. In this episode of Embrace Your Inner Boldness, we dive into how perception is shaped by lived experiences, unconscious beliefs, and the stories we've carried with us since childhood. We'll explore how your lens of reality shows up in everyday life—at home, in the workplace, in our cities, grocery stores, and even in our churches. We'll talk about why events that feel far away don't hit as hard as the ones in our backyard, and how that distance can dull our empathy. And we'll take on the bold conversation about how personal experiences—like abuse, survival, or safety—shape the way we see politics and power. By the end of this episode, you'll be asking yourself: What lens am I wearing? Where did it come from? And is it the one I want to keep? Get ready for thought-provoking questions that challenge your assumptions and invite you to choose boldness by questioning the filters you live through. The Future of Work: Flexible & Human-Centered

Many workplaces are still running on systems designed for machines, and the impact is everywhere—burnout, disengagement, quiet quitting, and leaders wondering why nothing's working. In this episode of Embrace Your Inner Boldness, I call out the dinosaurs still roaming our offices and shop floors: back-to-back meetings that fry our brains, rigid 9-to-5 control tactics, outdated time clocks, and "perks" that do nothing to solve real problems. Together we'll explore why humans need buffers, flexibility, and benefits that actually matter, how the invisible load of childcare, eldercare, health, finances, and politics weighs employees down, and what happens when leaders cling to outdated practices at the expense of people and performance. We'll dive into how generational needs collide, the real cost to business when humanity is ignored, and what the workplace will look like ten years from now if leaders refuse to adapt. You'll also hear a vision for what the future of work can be when we choose to create systems that honor energy flow, mental health, and the whole human experience. When humans thrive, businesses thrive—and when leaders deny reality, they risk becoming fossils. This is a bold call to start designing work for the people who actually do it. Rise Like the Eagle: Becoming Bold and Aligning With Your Truest Self

Becoming bold isn't about being the loudest person in the room—it's about having the courage to live in alignment with who you truly are. In this episode, I share what boldness really looks like when you've been taught to stay quiet, play small, or be palatable. We'll talk about the signs that you're avoiding your inner boldness, how it shows up at home, at work, in your community, and online, and why boldness is your birthright. I'll also unpack the Missing Tile Syndrome—how we sometimes obsess over what's broken instead of appreciating what's good—and why becoming bold isn't about blowing up your entire life. Plus, I share one of my favorite analogies: how the eagle never wastes its energy fighting the crow, but simply rises higher until the crow falls away. Because sometimes boldness means knowing you don't have to fight—you just have to rise. HR's Shift to True Business Partner (From Firefighting to Future Building)

HR wasn't meant to live in the land of paperwork, policy policing, and endless "urgent" requests. Yet too often, HR pros find themselves stuck in tactical firefighting instead of doing the work that actually drives business forward. In this episode, I walk through the evolution of HR—from the old personnel days, to compliance-heavy HR, to the promise of the HR Business Partner model, to the future of work we're supposed to be shaping. I share why so many HR teams are still buried in the weeds, how organizations benefit from keeping HR "on the back burner," and how saying yes to the wrong things keeps us small. Most importantly, I'll give you practical steps HR pros can take day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year to reclaim the strategic role you were hired for. Plus, I'll share a personal story from my own career that shows exactly how easy it is to get pulled into the tactical trap—and how to break out of it. If you've ever thought, "I want to be a true business partner, not just a fixer," this episode will give you the tools—and the fire—you need to start shifting today. Shed the Programming With MBTI, Jungian Psychology & Becoming Bold

Why do we shrink ourselves to fit in? Why do so many of us abandon the bold, true parts of who we are? In this episode, I'm taking you to school on Jungian psychology and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to explore how our personality gets shaped—and often masked—by the world around us. You'll learn how Carl Jung's theory of the persona, the shadow, and individuation help explain why we change from our natural self, and how MBTI has helped me reclaim my voice as an ENTP after years of shrinking to survive. We'll talk about the four MBTI dichotomies (Introversion/Extraversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, Judging/Perceiving), what it looks like when those styles clash, and how understanding type can deepen our empathy and unlock bold, authentic communication. If you've ever felt like you're performing your life instead of living it, this conversation will help you begin to deprogram the rules you never agreed to and remember who you were before the world told you who to be. Featuring: An overview of Jung's key concepts A breakdown of the MBTI type preferences in real life How I once hid the boldest parts of my ENTP nature Why deprogramming is essential to reclaim your inner boldness This is the work I'm called to—and I'm so glad you're here for it. Through Her Eyes: Seeing the Present Through a Past That Hurt You

So many of us are walking through life reacting to the present… through the pain of our past. Today's episode is about how trauma rewires your nervous system and distorts how you see the world—through the lens of your younger, unhealed self. We're diving into real-life moments when your inner child takes over: – At work when you shut down in meetings – In relationships when silence feels like rejection – Alone at home when stillness feels like danger You'll learn how emotional unavailability in childhood wires your nervous system to perform, please, and protect—even when you're not in danger anymore. And we'll explore 3 powerful steps to recognize what's happening, begin to heal, and start responding as the bold, present version of you—not the scared, unseen version from your past. 🌱 Plus, I'll share a few powerful affirmations to help you begin rewiring your internal dialogue and reclaim safety in your body. ✨ Affirmations from Today's Episode: It's safe for me to feel. I can trust my body's wisdom—and teach it peace. I do not need to earn love. I am worthy by being. I am allowed to take up space, speak my truth, and rest. My voice matters. My needs matter.
