Rx Generations: Nurturing GenZ for Career Success
Many preceptors have chosen to stop taking pharmacy students on rotations. Let’s be honest, some preceptors feel like students are unmotivated and needy. Students feel like preceptors are not giving feedback and setting expectations adequately. Generational differences play a large role in miscommunication and points of contention. How do we address this issue? How do we approach our GenZ learners with understanding and empathy? I'm excited to talk with Danielle Eddy about improving the workplace dynamic and uplifting the new generation to their greatest potential. Danielle Eddy brings over a decade of experience connecting organizations with exceptional talent. With a background in theater and improvisation, she is known for her dynamic presentation style and authentic, people-first approach. A certified Predictive Index transformational coach, Danielle empowers both job seekers and hiring teams to maximize their potential to align with meaningful career paths. Her hands-on, compassionate yet strategic approach has helped countless individuals and organizations grow together. Danielle is passionate about sharing insights on effective talent acquisition and development practices, workforce inclusivity, and personal advocacy to empower her audience to make a difference, for themselves and ultimately, the greater good.

Pharmacist’s Perspective: Hidden Microaggressions in Pharmacy
I never cared to look up terms such as “microaggressions” in the past. I felt it was unnecessary to look up words to describe my reality as a person of color. I was recently asked to speak on this topic, which took me down a rabbit hole and was very eye-opening and healing. Join me as I discuss my perspective on RACE, GENDER, and PHARMACY. ======================== Check out Thu Nguyen // Empowered PharmD pages: 💊Support my projects: https://linktr.ee/empoweredpharmd 💊LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tn-empowered-pharmd 💊Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/empowered.pharmd 💊Listen to my other podcast: Hey Rx Friends, We Got This!https://www.youtube.com/@HeyRxFriendsWGThttps://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/hey-rx-friends-we-got-this/id1707971532https://open.spotify.com/show/6wyV4I3XzEY5IBiqXeHJXt ======================== All opinions are my own. As one of the bridesmaids, I was curious how their personal relationship affected their approach to interprofessional relationships in the workplace.
