We must learn that covered wounds sometimes take longer to heal.  My mask was like a bandage and when I decided to take it off, my pain positioned me for purpose. My gym journey was started for me to build strength in muscles, but the journey ended up building strength in God. I found love on a lonely highway, those 5AM mornings when God continuously showed up.
