Hello instructor, my name is Alexander Varela Cerquera, with ID number 1117486809. I am a Human Talent Pre-Selection Technician trainee, supported by technological tools, file number 3069890. I am creating this audio as part of the English cross-curricular activity related to the identification of attitudes, beliefs, and obligations in the work and academic context. This activity is presented to instructor Carlos Andrés Girón Gómez.In the workplace, I always give my best and I like to meet the objectives set for me. To achieve this, I must have the best attitude and emotional and mental disposition to fulfill each of my tasks and learn new things every day at work.Likewise, I have no problem facing each of the challenges my job demands, since I know, I must adapt to different contexts. This way, I know I have to be willing to listen and learn from the environment around me. In fact, I think people should always strive to have the best disposition and attitude when performing their jobs, as this adds much more value to our performance as workers and opens the door to opportunities.I am currently training and educating myself to strengthen my knowledge, skills, and competencies, as I consider it my obligation to manage my self-learning to strengthen my professional profile and access better job opportunities. The training I am completing with SENA is one of the greatest challenges I face right now, and I am putting all my effort into successfully completing the academic stage, as well as the productive stage, and thus be able to obtain a certification in the training.
