Clay is a former pastor of Buckhead Church in Atlanta, GA. Faith can be a sensitive topic in the workplace and should be for many organizations. But, that doesn’t change the fact that faith is the driving force for many individuals. It’s hard to imagine arriving at a place of Excellence without some type of significant support system. For most, that support system is family.When I do these interviews, I love to go back and hear about the upbringing of my guests through the mechanics that help them thrive now.
