Regarding auditing: I also forgot to mention about the difference between a Police Constable (PC) and Police Community Support Officer (PCSO). PCSOs have even LESS powers than police but often pretend they are PCs with powers. And there is a reason why convicted criminal police officers together with pedos are the lowest ranked in prison and have to look over their shoulder. I forgot to mention that if you ever get a scan, you can bring a friend to sit with you in the room if you have huge anxiety. Also please note, the royalty free picture I used for this episode with a woman in a scanner, this "cage" thing over her face looks very generous, my "cage" was more tighter around the neck, still enough for me to slide out if I needed to as the nurse let me try to slide out as a test, but mine was much tighter than the photo here. She is looking at a mirror aimed at the back wall with a screen where films are shown. I had headphones to cancel the scanner noise as much as possible. I also forgot to mention that after the scan the nurse who kept speaking to me over the headset, accompanied me to the locker area. I told him that they changed my MRI to Mobile MRI but I requested to be booked back to the regular MRI again. He confirmed that it was a good idea to rebook back to regular, as the mobile scanner isn't as good! Stand up for yourself, it's YOUR body, YOUR mind, YOUR health, YOUR life. Upfront, I am NOT suicidal. Even when this is a well-meaning advice from people to you after you suffered either trauma, wrong doing etc. you do NOT need to forgive, not even when a psychologist tells you this to feel better. Forgiveness does NOT make you feel better, it is gaslighting your system. Forgiveness is important when YOU want to and especially when those who need forgiveness ASK for it in a humble and respectful manner. But you do NOT need to forgive at all. This forgiveness doctrine is society's cop-out for you to function, so they don't have to bother with your trauma or incapability to function in society, while a good meaning friend doesn't give a toss about how you were injured and damaged during your most vulnerable time. For psychologists stumbling on my podcast, it also would be good, just like psychiatrist Dr. Frank Ochberg campaigns for, to rename Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) to Post Traumatic Stress Injury (PTSI). Social media is exploding today 09.09.2025 with news that Pret has lost a third of their value since JAB Holding's £1.5 billion purchase in 2018 and are doing a "goodwill impairment". First time I come across this and I put a brief explanation from YouTube in the podcast episode. A third of Pret's value got flushed down the toilet! 😂Apart from that, Pret are £700 million in debt while tasked by JAB to aggressively expand worldwide to double in size by 2026.
